I have been going to Silver Sage for 3 years now! I've never gone anywhere else to make my purchases, nor will I! I have brought my 82 year old aunt there as well as another aunt and uncle, they were thrilled with the service and had all their questions answered. Y'all are within walking distance to where I live. Everyone has always been so pleasant and the prices are fantastic. My only issue just came up recently as I'm a veteran and the only way to receive the discount is to go inside, but you can't order online to pickup inside, so I lose out on the discount, this will not stop my patronage of the establishment. Great business and I highly recommend Silver Sage Wellness to everyone! AWESOME!!!!!

If a customer is unclear of your directions, getting short with the customer WILL NOT make it any better. I won't even go so far as to say the customer is always right, but they don't deserve to be talked down to for asking a simple question.Definitely lost a customer in me! I will never order here again.

They had my 5 stars for over a year now. I've spent thousands with them, had a delivery for 3.5 grams of dab on the 18th of april, they charged for 4 grams. Have been trying to contact them since. Never pick up there phones. Finally got a hold of someone today and they said sorry nothing they can do and laughed. Nothing but unprofessionalism, and attempted redirection. STILL HAVNT TRYED TO FIX THIS. JUN 13th2020 now its been months I've emailed... nothing happens

Went there on a Sunday 5/24/20 around 10:30am for a special deal they texted. There were people in line outside. The 1st security was helpful and talkative with everyone. There was a friendly budtender outside talking and being helpful to other people in back of me. Felt like a very nice environment. The second security who checked my ID was so cute and professional. The budtender who helped me was the same girl that was outside. She was very nice and helpful. This dispensary is awesome.

Sir WILLIAM made my day yesterday. I was on a budget and I told him what $ I was working with. He asked what I was looking for what I was wanting to feel. Long story short it came out to be my decision of wanting just high THC or smokin some real good for me weed. Sir William educated and suggested some good weed. He also proactively updated me on my points where I ended up getting an extra gram for free and use my veteran discount on the total on memorial-day ... #happysmoking ... #feelingwellness

Update Not helping people who got bad product during pandemic. BUT IT SEEMS YOU SHOULD ESPECIALLY DURING A TIME LIKE THIS. DISSAPOINTED Love all the remedy product have had some bad luck with headband. CARTS at nuwu they said to contact you have never had any problems with your carts. Before nu wu but hopefully you can replace those. Thanks and GOD BLESS have receipt and carts if u need also

They used to be great when the store was open. The service and communication, with the customers and within the store was exceptional. When I walked in about a year ago, I showed them my military ID and told them I am the widow of a veteran and they said they would honor the military discount. I am disabled and recently had a dental procedure and the pain is unbearable and for the past week every person I spoke with or chatted with has been putting me through the ringer, telling me they don't have my discount in the system. I went ahead with the first order, that was over $150, which they got wrong and had to re-deliver the rest.After trying several ways to send them a copy of my military ID, they still kept telling me they won't apply it. I finally called for the 10th time and asked for a supervisor who flat out told me that their system has changed and that they should have never honored my military discount as I am not the veteran. Someone should have told me that from the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere where they do honor it. I'm quite disappointed because I initially really liked the place and the service but now I will never buy from again. To my fellow military widowed/non-veteran military ID, I do not recommend this place. There are other places that will honor our military ID for a discount and also other places will give a discount with a local ID.

I’m a huge remedy fan. And I love the prices. My only complaint is that I don’t get notifications of when they are on the way with my delivery and the price I’m given is always different when they arrive with my delivery. And since the lockdown I have only had one delivery person have proper protection on. I have systemic lupus and end stage kidney disease. Germ free is how it must be for me.

I ordered before opening and they never showed up. It says order before 2PM on the phone and get same day delivery. It says find out when we are delivering to your area online but there is no place to see this. Do I wait, hope and pray I get my delivery tomorrow? Or do I spend it at another delivery only to be met by a upset delivery person who will have to leave without the sale because I've purchased somewhere else instead. This is not kind to your patrons or your employees.

I'm a Vet with 14 years of service and shouldn't be treated like this! I placed an order about noon. I checked on it throughout the day. About 6pm it showed having been delivered. About 7:40pm guy shows up with half the order. The receipt was in the bag so I didn't see it until he was gone. I was overcharged $10 for 1 item. I checked the online receipt and it shows my whole order as delivered for a different amount so my veteran discount was not. I gave 1 star and that was too many! This isn't the 1st time but it will be the last time Silver sage has done something like this to me and I'm not going to stand for it anymore.
