Absolutely my favorite dispensary! They always have some type of deal going, the staff are willing to help find the right strain *, and the facility is well maintained and clean (They're also one of the cleanest businesses I've been to since the pandemic began. They clean their stations between each customer and the sheets of glass above the counter go all the way to the ceiling!)*Due to COVID-19 they can't take extra time to make a real in-depth conversation about your needs, but they still (in my experience) go above and beyond in a timely manner!

1st time at this location. WILA was either very unknowledgable about the products or too eager to get off work and go home. She was very rude when I received a call from a loved 1 in the hospital, advised ua we couldn't be on the phone in the facility (we were unaware) thee message would of been much better receive if her attitude would of been better and or delivered in a warmer matter. Nice facility not so so employee #learncustomerservice

This is the BEST CANNABIS DISPENSARY in Sparks and Reno....and The Truckee Meadows! Prices are reasonable, supply and selection is good, and the BudTenders are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. *The public restrooms have beautiful green-hued tile, which I photographed because I like it so much. (Hey...green is my fave color - and appropriate for a Weed store🌱Lol )BTW, the restrooms are single use and spacious, as well as wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking is available too.

The only reason I give this place a 1 star is because I can't give it a 0. Placed an order online was advised I would get 2 text notifications on estimated delivery time and delivery would be next day. The following day my order status changed online to preparing but I never received a text notification or my product. I've attempted to contact the store to find out what happen and was unable to reach anyone. Luckily I was paying with cash .

I've been visiting this location for awhile now. The staff there are always on point with friendly service and knowledge of the products. Just out of habit I look at the menu before I go usually to make my trip a little bit smoother and faster. I've never had a compliant about there product. Some containers are hard to open but maybe that's Just me? I do lack the strength sometimes due to my disability. I've been recently trying there store band cbd and it's done wonders for me and my body. I recommend this place above the rest

Visited this place one time when we were in town for the night. I picked this place because it was the closest. From the street it’s very inviting, well lit and easy to maneuver. When I got in the back I got in the recreational line and had to wait no more than 10 minutes. It’s a busy place. When it was my turn I walked up and the guy helping me was friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and my price point and he offered up some suggestions. I picked out 5 half-gram containers that were $15 each. Upon checkout I got a $4 preroll, too. The whole experience was fine, no major complaints. When I got home I tried like hell to open the containers and couldn’t. Neither could my husband. So I started to panic a little - did I just buy a bunch of stuff I won’t be able to smoke? Eventually my husband got one open and that’s when I learned that the reason the lid wouldn’t come off was because it was glued to the container with concentrate. Lots of wasted product on the lid of 3 out of the 5 containers I bought, which didn’t leave much to smoke being as how they’re only 0.5gm containers. This is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. I did buy their “house product” but I didn’t expect such mediocre and careless packaging, I guess the old adage “you get what you pay for” holds true sometimes but I’m also not in a position to spend $50 for one gram of concentrate. Nevada prices are crazy high. But the stuff got me high, just disappointed in the terrible quality control of the house goods. Doubt I’ll go back to this place next time we’re in town.

5 Stars No More!The menu in general, and particularly the House Strains are ridiculously OLD news! Apparently strains are selected by Sales Managers with zero personal experience, or knowledge of Cannabis other than it's marketing. Really sad!While discounts and specials are still fantastic, the house menu needs to change! Especially the CBD Flower Strains! Yuuuuk! Sick and tired of same two terrible tasting varieties! Channel 2 yuk, and Harliquin-yuk!Same old strains day in, day out for years now! Doctor's recommendations state you should "strain break" and change things up to maintain maximum affect of the benefits we seek! Nope! Thankfully someone had enough sense to bring outside vendor's into the house to help fill in the variety gap in all forms of product!New, low and high potency strains should be rotated in and out yearly at most in the greenhouse. Give us some relief already!

Me and my husband stopped by to check out this place and honestly it was a great experience first time buyer coming all the way from PA. We got 3 different ones fruit ninja white widow and Chanel 2 all indica and the prices where great actually cheaper then cali prices. Young lady helped us out I think her name was kasey red headed young girl she was great helped us out right away with information we needed. I feel in love with the ninja fruit it was smooth and smells so good 😊 my husband loved his pick at the end of the night we tried all of them honestly it was as expected with the quality.... love this place hope to come back soon.IMG_3547.jpeg
