Whoa! Dude! Got my money's worth. Went in looking to buy an inexpensive vaping apparatus and cartridge. I did so for purposes of relieving chronic pain from a lifetime of surgeries, surviving lung cancer now more than a decade. Plus back surgery involving placement of titanium rods, nuts and bolts plus screws. Additional major surgeries involve complications like near death experiences. What the heck; I live. With pain but it beats the alternative.Again Silver Stem provided me with a concentrate so powerful one tiny little hit is like rebooting a computer. The neurological system goes back to default settings and sensations feel like life begins anew! Thank you! Of course the one tiny hit prevents driving or operating any motor vehicle, flying an airplane or engaging in any activity requiring fine motor skills or even walking. Wha

This was once my favorite stop in Portland but after a negative customer service experience I won’t be back. I am not a local. The shop employees know this because they always require ID before completing a sale. On my last visit I bought a defective item. When I contacted them to arrange an exchange their employee rudely told me the store didn’t have to honor their exchange policy for me because I don’t live in Portland. This is completely hypocritical and dishonest. I will patronize La Mota and Nectar in the future.

This is a great spot for cheap meds. Only problem is evertime I come here I'm treated differently. Employees usually are nice an friendly, but when I came in yesterday to get my meds it was a different story. Employee argues with me, great customer service. First dispensary I've been to where it smells more like somebodies BO then the medicine an cannabis behind the counter. Unfortunately I'll go elsewhere for my future medicine needs. Being disabled an dealing with dispensaries sucks, but your time inside should be enjoyable non rushed. At other stores I don't feel more welcomed an treated fair.

Super friendly & helpful. Online ordering for pickup was a breeze. Quality flower & they have pre-rolls that are house rolled & of great quality. Anyone who buys pre-rolls regularly knows they're very much a hit or miss product as far as quality, depending on where you go. They also have linx pay. If you're unfamiliar, it's a service where you load a card for a small fee online that can be used to make purchases. The main advantage of the service is that it enables you to make purchases using your credit card. If you've ever tried buying from a dispensary with a credit card you know it's pretty much impossible so linx rocks if you need that option.

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Exceptional product, but could still be priced more competitively, although I do understand the reasons for top shelf pricing. I wish they had a location on the west side! I would be back much more often if the location was a bit more convenient, and if my memory is correct on this, the place is not too accessible or big on wheelchair access, but I hope I'm wrong. Cash only of course, but they do have an ATM which is nice.It's really cool the owner is actively involved and takes the time to actually respond to reviews, good and bad. I hate when owners respond ONLY to good reviews to say thanks-- respond to those with bad experiences and address them! As a customer, seeing that the owner does care even once the customer/patient is out the door, is a major plus! That is the epitome of awesome customer service! It makes me want to support this business even more, especially when so much of the industry is sadly the opposite (ie, could care less about you once they have your money). Please come to the west side, Silver Stem! You have patients waiting 😁

A++ for customer service and quality product. The bud tenders actually know what they're talking about and can find the perfect medicine for your needs. I've never been steered in the wrong direction. There's nothing better than fresh flower and they always have it! In all honesty they have the best prices and deals too. You can't beat dollar grams and 20% off days. Silver Stem you have my heart, I'll forever be a regular.

I've been to quite a few dispensaries in the Portland area and this place rocks! They have a great flower at good prices. I like the fact that they had a record player actually playing music. When do you ever see that in 2015? The super nice Budtender informed me they will be a recreational dispensary on Oct 1st.. so I will for sure bring some of my friends in when they come into town. Thanks guys! You guys are the best! Keep it up!

Silver Stem is by far my favorite dispensary in Portland! The strains are always fresh, and their prices are well above fair.. Especially since there are so many opportunities to have the tax removed (Mega Deal Monday's! hehe). I like that the price is reduced even more when you stock up and buy a 1/4oz. All in all, great flower and a cute and knowledgeable staff, make this my go to place :D

Just moved here from California and I was in need of some herb dodnt know if I had to have an oregon ID so I walked in and asked and sure enough I was good to go with my valid cali ID. The dudes in there are cool as hell and were super helpful and knew exactly which strains to show me first after they asked which kind I prefer. Definitely felt super welcome and even got 20 percent off and a neat card thin cheese grader grinder that fits in my pocket or wallet. I recommend the cheese and Larry bird. All in all great place id definitely go back.
