This previously was me and my girlfriends favorite place to go but until the Staff has changed to a few women... Not to mention any names their service has gone downhill super-fast...like changing procedures that have been in effect for a while..and the attitudes of the ladies in the shop is just horrible and I have heard them be completely rude to older customers multiple times ...like threatening to call the police on them because of minor identification problems....they actually aren't too knowledgeable either about cannabis or cannabis concentrates, and things you should know being a budtender.......I am officially ending my business with them.

Every ounce I have ever purchased has been short. Not just by .1 or .2, but full grams and all the way up to 3 grams on one instance. Good product but definitely make sure they weigh it out in front of you. Skimping loyal customers isn't good business, Silver Stem.

These guys are always really friendly and fun to talk to. They almost never have a line when I go in and I'm usually in and out of there within 5-7 minutes. Alejandro was super friendly and knowledgable about the products I was asking about.

HIGHLY disagree with the bob and cory below. Definitely just trolling. I have NEVER had service as good as I have at silverstem. Sounds like those two are just whining because the dispensary has rules to follow. Definitely will return to silverstem. Nicest people, and great buds.

Came up from Denver the other day to ski and check these guys out. There are several other dispensaries in the area and these guys are hands down, the beat. Keep it up!

Silverstem is a great dispo with a good selection. Their bartender rob always has great service nd can answer any question you throw at him. He's one of the main reasons i go back. Alejandro always does a great job as well
