Great service by the team. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. The reason that this is not 5 stars is that the strains that the website said were available at the location (I checked 15 minutes before going to the store) were not accurate. Also, the strain types are not as diverse as other cannabis retailers. The locations and the staff are all top notch. Areas to improve, provide the strain selection your website states, provide those strains across products (flower, pre-roll, etc.), and when you are busy have your staff focus just on the customer they are with and not feel rushed. I will spend $300+ when I come in, so I want the experience to match.

The budtenders management staff at this location is wonderful and very helpful. I was helped by Grant Ours and had a wonderful experience and learned a ton! However I've learned that their corporate workers don't care about their customers and their employees. I recommend coming here if you want to learn and meet some great budtenders but not if you want to actually buy product, don't support this greedy corporate business.

Everyone at Silverstem (especially this location; it’s the only one I go to) is so friendly and helpful. I am very particular about what I get, and no matter how busy they are, they always take time to talk to me and help me find exactly what I’m looking for. It’s definitely my ‘go to’ spot. You guys are great! Thank you for your awesome service, always! :)

Bought some shake from them. The picture on their website shows small popcorn buds for their shake, it seemed like a good deal for the price. When I got home I found a jar filled to the top with nothing but leaves. 99.9% leaves, .1% ground bud. Extremely misleading. I expect leaves in shake, but I don't expect the entire container to be leaves. This isn't smokeable, and I'm legitimately shocked that Silver Stem employees actually put this in a jar and put it up for sale. I've been to some of the worst dispensaries ever, but even their shake is smaller popcorn buds.Sad to say that I won't be handing my money to Silver Stem ever again. I've spent thousands there the last couple of years, but I'm just done.The employees are nice, and the actual bud is mostly good quality. But I can't come back and support a business that thinks this type of thing is okay. I've never rolled up Silver Stem product into a joint and had it have 0 effect in my life until now. Sad that I'll have to find another shop.

#500 Rating here.I was about to give up on finding any decent flowers that weren't soaked in some sort of herbicide, fungicide, and or pesticides. But luckily I walked into this little gem and my prayers where answered, clean flower soil grown can't beat that with a baseball bat!My first impression on Silver Stem are 👍👍 Adam was helpful and I walked out with an Oz first visit which I never do? Looking to swing for upper top shelf nugs and try their ice-wax.Worth checking out foshizzle.Seeing is believing so come on down to your nearest SS 🌲

Great down to earth dispensary there loyalty program is amazing and there product is fairly priced. All that with an amazing staff. The one and only negative comment I have about this store is that sometimes because there bud is pre packaged sometimes it can be kinda too dry but even than smokes well so great place I highly recommend the snowcap sativa strain for an amazing, happy, euphoric, energetic high that will leave you with smile pains ha ha 🍧🍧🍧🍧

A really professional place. Consistent in quality. I'd even recommended the ozs of shake...really a good deal. Concentrates are common brands and lots of house runs. My only hangup, is my personal preference for a sativa Dom. Blue dream. They have it, but it leans indica. I've been going here for years. They also sponsor state highways...the owner, who I met at the med location was super cool.

Literally fraudulent twice over. They convinced me to sign over as my caregiver under the lie that they offered extended plant counts, they do not. They also sell trim as “shake”. It’s disgusting, dishonest, and were they better regulated, they’d be out of business for fraud and false advertising. This isn’t recreational for me, it is medical, and a necessity. I can’t wait until they are regulated by the FDA.

If I could give it no stars I would. Went in for some flower, everything is super overpriced. Guess I should bring my own scale next time too because it didn't weigh up when I got home. Not completely. Just under a quarter because I bought shake....which by the way is more like "trim" because it comes equipped with everything (stems, and seeds) excluding the leaf itself. Nice to know I'm being charged for the weight of the stems as well. No wonder I didn't get the quarter I went in for. Guess I'll stick to the place I go to loyally--because they actually weigh out when they have bud in stock.

Been going here for a while and never had a problem. Ordered online 9/2 @ 10pm to take advantage of the 20% labor day discount. Get a text message at 830am saying order has been rejected. Give a call to find out why and am told that they don't do it for the next day, and apparently when I placed the order it said I will pickup on Saturday, which was old info from a previous order. I told the guy that was a mistake and expected it to be taken care, instead told sorry bud. Which is funny considering I have ordered on Friday nights to take advantage of cyber Friday 10% off and never had an issue picking up on Saturday.
