Me and my wife have been going to the same lovely buds for about three years now. We know most of the lady's there and they are amazing always make us feel welcome majority remember what we like and know what we want, we rarely every have any problems and even when we do they are very apologetic and sincere!! And the prices are about not to mention their daily deals!!!!! Definetly recommended lovely buds on Francis past the maverik!!!!

Be aware that, regardless of what any store employees may tell you, if you buy a faulty product (such as the the vape pen battery part I got) they will not replace it or refund you. Instead they’ll direct you to contact the manufacturer which is typically something a store does in this situation.Very disappointed, to put it mildly. Coupled with the usual aloof customer service, this experience will mark the end of my patronage to these stores.

Generally dismissive/disinterested and often product ignorant staff, also kinda rude. Moldy, very old "top shelf" bud, cramped selection and environment. Generally uncomfortable atmosphere. Deals and discounts are average. Prices are better than average and variety is excellent which is characteristic for this company. Easily the worst of this company's 3 most established locations to shop. I think the best location would be sprague which would rate at 4 stars for lack/correction of some of the problems noted about this location.

Got there at 11:51 and got told "you got 3 minutes". Then proceeded to ask about using the ATM and was told it's not working. But just got the general feeling it's not ok to buy weed near closing time while having time to spare to make a quick in and out... If you don't like the closing shift then get a different shift... really though I am just needing to vent because I couldn't get weed. Humm could have used that weed to keep me clam on this review lol.

I walked in and with my fiancé looking for 1/8ths to buy. We specified with our budtender that we wanted BUD and not shake. She brought us shake and bud and while we where looking at the bud she was trying to sell us on the shake when we had said no thank you. We looked and then proceeded to leave saying “i think we are good thank you” and as we are walking out of your store your employee YELLS from across the store “respect goes a long way.” we in no way disrespected this woman and we felt it was extremely inappropriate for your employee to again, YELL at us. We are frequent customers and have spent a considerable amount of money there and we will not be returning and no longer recommending this company. I think the hiring process for your company needs to have hire standards.

Its hit or miss because you can't see all the oils available you end up hoping they pull out the right stuff so its kind of a gamble basically a better display today I was there they keep pulling stuff out but it wasn't anything I liked the look of but last time the girl new her stuff I've gotten better for half the price before... Basically I'll be very picky from now on if Im not extremely impressed with how looks I'm leaving to one of the 5 dispensaries near by

My first and only choice when buying cannabis products the best product best price the best staff knowledgeable and always willing to talk to you about the product you're getting they will educate you and give you their honest opinion and not try to shove product down your throat that they know nothing about this is my one and only retail shop all three locations are wonderful
