Product, service, accessibility, cleanliness, atmosphere, and prices ALL outstanding. I’ve worked and lived the cannabis industry and my shopping experience was more than ideal. It was heartwarming in such a stressful time. I ordered online, picked a window of time, and got exactly what I ordered within the hour. There are so many local businesses that I want to support but they haven’t updated their system to accommodate for a pandemic. Thank you for taking the time and money to streamline. I came during a busy time and in the tiny five minutes I waited, everyone had enough room to themselves and I saw a budtender and a masked bystander help a man in a wheelchair through the door step. That was a sweet moment and I’m sure y’all will have a little ramp soon for that instance. My only frustration is that didn’t read through my whole order to observe that the rec v med sales tax is added upon checkout. That’s probably an algorithm issue on the online ordering platform. I just felt bad cos I couldn’t tip my budtender upon sale. I went to the store nearby n pulled some cash for tip. Just another thing that I’m sure y’all are gonna make better cos Simply Pure seems to have making things better in mind.

Excuse us for not knowing what we wanted right away but the young, African American salesman looked like we were wasting his time and made us feel like we were wasting his time. We weren’t even in there for more than 10 mins. His body language gave us the impression that he was annoyed that I personally didn’t even want to buy anything from there anymore. The other salesman was obviously engaging with his customer with his knowledge and recommendations and truly seemed to care about his customer experience and help them choose the best product for them.

1 STAR! I don't ever usually give out 1 stars but, today I had to. My experience was so terrible at this place I couldn't believe it. I did a online order which is priority in any dispinsary or any store since it's getting just picked up and that customer isn't waiting in line since they are just paying and picking up. I had to wait in line today for a launch of a product everyone was standing in line for. I had my stuff already ordered online for me to pick up when the line got smaller I was almost to the front I asked if I can pick up my online order they said they didn't have my order because they sold my products which doesn't make any sense! How do I order something online for pick up, you tell me it's ready to pick up, and I get there and everything I ordered is sold out. Never coming back!

My first visit to Denver and first time in a dispensary! Simply Pure made my visit so easy and they were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved the tender Mariza who worked with us - made the whole experience super fun while still being super helpful and explaining everything extremely thoroughly. Will definitely return to this establishment!

It was my first time coming to a dispensary to help with my chronic pain issues. I researched every dispensary in Denver and I’m so glad I did. The staff was so very friendly. They calmed my nerves and were extremely professional. They guided me through all the products and options so I could make the best choice possible. I really can’t say enough great things about this place!!!

Amazing experience all around. Our Bud tender Brenden was informative, patient and and extremely helpful. The one on one experience is perfect. After being to another dispensary out in Colorado springs I appreciate Simply pure and the way they do business much more. The product is awesome. My fiance and I will be traveling back to Denver soon and will definitely be making another stop here.

Simply Pure is the best dispensary in Denver, hands-down. The staff is by the far the most knowledgeable, friendliest and steady crew around. It’s more of a boutique vibe so you’ll find things you won’t get at the more franchise style dispensaries every where else. The space is nice, plenty of room and well-organized and the flower is superb. Plus, their happy hour is the best in town! If you’re of the woke/conscious bent, you’ll be happy to know Simply Pure is Denver’s only black woman-owned dispensary.

The first place we stopped at in Denver and absolutely my favorite! Terrific customer service; they were so patient with us and happy to answer ALL of our questions, silly as they may be (and we’re from Oklahoma, so a lot of them were). And man the quality of the flower is TERRIFIC! Fragrant, gorgeous buds, all clearly labeled and clearly explained. Love love love this place and we’re definitely going back, maybe even today!
