Feedback:
Normally great with good selections. I was more than once bamboozled. I ordered one vendor and they bagged a different product. Didn't know until I got back home. Drove 30 minutes back to the store and they couldn't do anything for me. So, I paid $50 for a product I didn't want. Since then I've been hung up on and left on hold when calling to speak to a manager.

Evan and the ENTIRE team is super knowledgeable and ever welcoming- Love this place! After a long and stressful week of juggling work/life balance, most dread stopping at the store for supplies on the way home. Not here and not for me! I absolutely make a Western Bud my last stop before beginning my weekend because it’s a guaranteed positive and uplifting experience. Thank you for being awesome!

I wish I knew her name, but she has brown hair, is maybe 5’ 3 or so, dark brown hair, has a very pretty face, gorgeous eyes, dynamite body, she might be in her late 30s... I’m getting distracted...Her suggestions are always spot on and it’s a pleasure to go in and see her!

A well-appointed store. I had a chance to peruse the walls of flower, edibles and concentrates without being pounced on by an overzealous triple-lattéd budtender. Instead, a smiling and knowledgeable sales clerk guided me through choices to (...what ended up to be!..) a fine cartridge selection. I was very pleased with my experience here...and, honestly I would want nothing less than that from a cannabis shop. I mean, if a 'happy' lives anywhere, it should be in a pot store, right?

They were super helpful and open on a Sunday night! The only thing that kinda bugged me was I asked for some joints with a lot of flavor, and they sold me joints with FLAVORING! Super harsh to smoke, not exactly what I was looking for but now I know to be more specific with my requests. Still, really enjoyed and appreciated my experience here

Good deals but you better know your strains because they DO NOT! I have had this happen THREE times. I am very clear on what I need, and now I’m stuck with the EXACT opposite of what I asked for. AGAIN!! KNOW YOUR DAMN PRODUCT! OH! And they promise you discounts but you better miscromanage every step because if you don’t you won’t get it! Thanks for that!

If i could i would give 0 stars. Just really bad costumer service. If you happen to get off work late and get into town late don't expect to get good oil because they take all there top shelf down and you get stuck with the stuff that nobody wants because it's happy hour. This is burlington location. Then the anacortes one i would definitely never go back there, there won't honor there discounts that they have posted online. I've made a couple wasted trips there. I would definitely recommend going to floyds. And they don't remove there top shelf products.

I have been here many times as it is closest to my home. Great first experience but further expeditions to Western Bud we're VERY frustrating and disappointing. On one occasion, the female budtender walked away while I was asking a question. Profanity is never good in a business. Next I asked about redeeming points and was told that nobody has a clue what the points are used for! After asking Rome for the "stoniest" product, I purcased two bags that turned out to be mediocre at best. Customer service is absolutely non-existent at Western Bud.

Went to this shop for the 1st time last week and it was the best experience ever. Amazing staff and butt tenders! Crystal was awesome and nice, she took her time to help me look for the herb I was looking for, it was my 1st time smoking and the grass she gave me hit the spot. I was stoned for 4 days straight, never felt so great in my life. Amazing experience, and their prices were really good, and they gave me good deals as well. Thank you western butts for such an awesome time. The weed i was given was 2 huge balls, really thick and soft. It was a handful and I'm glad it went into my mouth and down my throat and into my lungs, I'm going back there today to get more. Thank u again western butts. I'll recommend your place to everyone possible

Love this shop since day one. It has become even better with Tim on board. He is my go to guy to recommend me what I need. I am a daily user. All day every day. So I love some good bud. Tim has never failed me on my selection. Go check out Western bud but look for Tim he is a cannabis counselor<—— yeah I made that up. It’s good right? Lol
