They cant care less about you and your health. I have my dental appt cancel because I showed up 8 min late. My time is just as important as them so I'll be going somewhere else. I asked to speak with... more

They cant care less about you and your health. I have my dental appt cancel because I showed up 8 min late. My time is just as important as them so I'll be going somewhere else. I asked to speak with one of the director and her answer to the issue was "it looks like we cant meet your needs here", but we as latin keep letting this happened by going to this places. I also want to mention that it doesn't matter what you make the appointment for, they will do whatever they want". It doesn't matter if I'm here 30 min earlier I have to wait a minimum of 15 min after my appointment time to be seen. Another doctor at another such clinic make me wait for 1 1/2 hours, until I got tired and left.

Super unprofessional staff in Referrals department. My mom had to go to the main office and speak with the Referrlas manager whom I dont even think it was the manager because they kept on putting in referral for wrong body parts,sent us to wrong doctors. It has been a headache dealing with these referral coordinators. These referral coordinator should pay more attention and open their eyes. I know we are all humans and make mistake but this is the 3rd time that the same referral coordinator makes the same mistake. People open your eyes for your referrals they may be sending you to a specialist that does not belong to what you need or provide them with wrong body parts. It's really frustrating and a headache taking time off from work to go all the way to referrals departmen for them to be scrweing things up.

EL CAJON CLINIC Waited an hour and half only to be told my doc is not there Went to the office for nothing. Very unorganized staff. They don't even have a direct number. This place has to get it together. Long waits and miscommunications. I have no idea how Dr. John Kasawa is affiliated with this very unorganized clinic bc his a good doctor and the only reason I consider going here.

Worst care I've ever seen. Mind blowing negligence. The Hippocratic Oath means NOTHING to these people. We were in a car accident, and both have the same insurance, but they said they would only see me, and told my wife she had to drive across the county to their sister clinic, because they claim it takes 2 weeks to transfer a patient. Doesn't matter that you're Apparently medical care takes a back seat to bureaucratic BS.

The customer service here is ridiculously poor!! The lady’s at the front desk are all on their cellphones, chatting with each other and even eating! And to say the least they have the worst attitude and are extremely rude! Every time I go to this clinic I have a horrible experience. I should’ve switched clinics a long time ago but with my busy work schedule I didn’t have time to do research and get into another clinic. There has been so many incidents where they make me feel extremely discriminated. I am 38 weeks pregnant came in as a walk in to see my doctor because I had a horrible rash all over my body waited over 2 hours for them to tell me that I needed to update my insurance with billing before they could see me. It was ridiculous I had to go to urgent care right after where I was seen in 20 min!!! The following week I schedule an appointment with my doctor and they give it to me for a week and a half out when they should be seeing me on a weekly basis! Two days before my appointment they call me and tell me my doctor won’t be in!! When I finally go to my appointment the doctor does a screening and tells me to go to the lab and leaves the room without even asking me if I had any questions!!! They do whatever they want at this clinic and have poor structure and have the WORST patient retention I have EVER EXPERIENCED. Do yourself a favor and go to another clinic.

People are too hard on this place. The people were nice to me, to the point and helped me on multiple occasions. Sure there is a wait, and the parking lot is difficult to navigate, but the wait is not their fault and neither is the parking lot. People are taking one bad experience and writing the entire place off as horrible. For health care, this is both affordable and servicable.

Use the crosswalk people!!!!!! It’s there for a reason!!!!! Don’t just run across the street! Just take a minute an use the damn crosswalk. And to the lady with pink scrubs. I’m sorry they didn’t have the red pedal flowers only the white ones for u to J walk across the street on . I told them who u were an the just didn’t care. Because you are J walking. Take the extra steps an use the crosswalk.
