I walked in today with severe tooth ache not sure if my insurance kicked in yet or no , I was willing to pay cash regardless because I was in so much pain , I talked to Maria and she was so sweet and understanding she got the paper work going because that was my first time at Las Vegas smile center , she gave me my options as a cash patient and I told her my insurance should kick in next week so she suggested that I call my insurance and see if they can work with me and sure things I got them on the phone and she talked to them and wallaa I am covered she stayed on the phone with them until they faxed her my policy she was so nice and helpful I can’t thank her enough, so they take me in for X-ray and here comes Jessica the sweetest thing you will ever see to do the X-ray she was so nice and gentle her smile makes you forget your pain she kept talking to me about everything trying to make not to think about my tooth ach and it worked :)The minute you walk in that clinic they make feel so comfortable and relaxed and they talked to me like they know for 10 years , and don’t let me start about Dr Klein he has the most gentle hands ever let me tell you I am the biggest wuss out there when it comes to injections-needles-shots whatever you wanna call it , tell you the truth I did not feel a thing , he will be my dentist from now on . If you are afraid going to a dentist or don’t like to go to the dentist go to Las Vegas smile center I guarantee you will change your mind about dentists .
