Friendly & helpful, even during flu season when other businesses went COVID-19 crazy in a fashion I thought only Karens were capable of. We shop there often and regularly have discussions with the staff about products for my medical use and industry practices. Their bargain bin in the back isn't half bad and they always carry my go-to strain in BHO and bud.

These guys took an old website and brightened it up, they made it mobile friendly. This is the only pot I will ever shop at. Store Muy clean. If you go Erica is your girl. She is always happy and ready to greet. She is extremly knowledgeable, professional, polite and very efficient all at same time. Every time I'm I go there she is in an amazing mood. Si si si ERCHA! Thank you again Smokane. Mi compadres.

I have been to various dispensary’s in Spokane, and w/o a doubt, Smokane has the best customer service experience. Every time I go I’m always greeted by their welcoming staff, and helped right away. When they’re busy, they always make sure to take a moment to acknowledge that they know you’ve arrived and will be right with you. To be specific, on most occasions I have been helped by Ericka; her bright bubbly personality, big smile, and help is very appreciated.

The vibe is chill yet serious your ID being checked at the door makes for a legit experience. The workers seem down to earth, its not a snobby weed store like some other places I have visited........ Any who listen up, this place has good quality bud at reasonable pricing. I also appreciate that there is no pressure to buy more expensive or out of personal budget. All in all 5 stars. Worth it trust you all now my reviews are real af.

It was the first dispensary I had been to. And it will be the last. For four years I have been a repeat customer. They know me by name. All of the staff have a wonderful love for the job. It shows in how friendly and knowledgeable they are about their own inventory. All of their prices are displayed with the products. Not on a t.v screen. They are the only dispensary that has a discount area. For those of us whom can't afford top shelf items or large amounts. Becoming a member is very easy compared with other shops. Points add up quickly and it's always nice to get a discount. The owners are very friendly. The best dispensary in town!!!
