This is the worst floral arrangement I have ever received. The flowers were half dead upon arrival and although this was a birthday gift to me the flowers were red white and blue and looked like they were left over from Memorial Day which was 2 days prior. I called and spoke to a rather impolite man Who stated the owner was not there and to call back I have called several times only to get a message message that there is no E mail set up at this telephone number.. These people are a disgrace to the floral business I noticed there were several Bad reviews and no good ones. Take heedThese people are a joke and not cheap either!

My 91 year old mom ordered a Mother's Day cacti "garden" from a local NYState florist, who then placed the order with Cathedral City Florist. Not only was this sad, sick and small, even with a great imagination, could this 4" ceramic pot NOT be considered a 'garden'! I reached out to the NYState florist who then contacted Cathedral City. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! They blew off the NY florist! The NY florist went the extra mile and reordered my 'garden' through another Coachella Valley florist. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on You! Cathedral City Florist, Covid-19 or not!

Do not order from this florist. I ordered flowers for a newborn baby. Cute red wagon with "It's a Boy" painted on the side of the wagon. What they sent to the hospital was something I wouldn't ever give to anyone. I called them first thing Monday, asked to speak to the owner and was told they were not there and she proceeded to ask me what the problem was. I told her and she said they did not have the little red wagon so they called Teleflora and they said to, "give them something else". I told her when they did not have what I wanted they should have called ME and I would have ordered something else and should not have called Teleflora! They weren't paying for this, I was! Also, I told her they should take this stuff off their website if they don't carry them at which time she tells me it is NOT their website. I told her that it is very strange you just answered the phone for the website that is NOT yours and this is false advertising. She told me to call Teleflora since she thinks they did this. I will be refunded by my credit card but certainly hope they get it from this ridiculous florist!! If I did not mention the wagon to the recipient I would not even know this happened. I guess they get away with this scam.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom for mother's day and opted to upgrade to a premium arrangement with same day delivery. I wrote a really nice card to my mom and I call my mom to find out if they've been delivered and she tells me she had no idea who sent them as there was no card attached. That pretty much defeats the purpose of the nice surprise I had intended for my mom. I will not be ordering from this company again and would recommend you check out other local florist that are competent enough to fulfill the order in it's entirety.

I had ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday from an internet company that outsources floral arrangements to florist's all over the country. When the flowers arrived (I happen to be there) I was disappointed because the arrangement was less than half the size of the what I had ordered. I called the internet company and they apologized and told me they would have the order re sent. A couple of days later that order arrived and the arrangement was even smaller yet! I will say the flowers were beautiful and arranged nicely, but it still was not what I ordered. I called the floral shop that the internet company outsourced to and spoke to the owner, Elsa. She patiently listened to my story and my complaint and she very nicely handled the issue and explained to me how the internet company did not pass the correct information to her company from my order. She offered to my wife to come to her store and pick anything from her cooler that she wanted! (I'm sure anything of equal value). That was a very nice offer! Elsa couldn't have been nicer if she tried. From now on she has my family's floral needs!!! I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Great service had to order through the store not a the websited cause they only want to sell and they blame it on the flowers shops cause you only get what you paid for not whats in the pictures the pictures their just upgraded i mean think about it i see a beatiful gourges picture Of a beautiful arrangmemt it doesnt mean that your gonna get that for the same price flowers cost but also there are people that their so pocki but i think this place its great..

Received flowers yesterday with no card who they were from. Called and left a voice message and never got a return call. Called them today and asked the woman to please check to see who the flowers were from...she said hold a minute...finally hung up after being on hold 5 minutes. Tried to call back and their voice message isn't working!! Horrible!!!!

I ordered 36 roses with a mylar balloon for my wife on Valentines Day to be delivered to her work on Valentines Day. My message said Happy Valentines Day. ..etc. this florist delivered a pathetic assortment of 12 old roses and a small mylar balloon to my wife's work the day before valentines day. My wife wasn't even working at the location when they delivered because it was the wrong day, and when told that my wife was at a different office, the florist refused to deliver it to her. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST. they don't take pride in their work, their sevice, and are clearly incompetent. The Message Said Happy Valentines Day and they delivered it on the 13th, with no call, no apologies, nothing.

BEWARE. This florist does not care about the quality of their flowers, or do they care about customer service. I complained about a bouquet that was delivered. It was pathetic for the price I paid. The arrangement didn't look near worth the price I paid and the quality of the flowers were poor. I would NEVER use this florist again.The owner is rude, and wouldn't redeliver fresh flowers. I should have looked at their low reviews before ordering! My fault!
