What a great experience! We have only been here once before and had to get some late night dinner with the kids tonight. We saw this place was open and came in very shortly before closing time. I told them I felt so bad keeping them any longer and messing up the kitchen you could see was just freshly cleaned but the staff were all sooooo kind and didn’t let me feel bad at all! Most places roll their eyes when you walk in just before closing but they way we were treated plus the delicious pizza to go will DEFINITELY have us as loyal customers here ANY time we need pizza. Bravo to a great staff and job well done! Their Customer service should be a company model to all companies everywhere!!

The family and I have grabbed pizza at Joe & Ernies Pizzeria a few times over the past several months. The service and the staff recommended pizzas are always great and the food is second to none. By far our favorite pizza location in the Otay Ranch area. We like the personal touch the enthusiasm of the staff and the proximity to our home. Definitely recommend this pizzeria to anyone in the local area.

Personally I didn't like it that much. The sauce was a little spicy, the crust really wasn't that good. There are certainly worst pizza places in SD but this place is truly just mediocre. The staff was actually the nicest and most respectful staff I've ever seen and I might come back for that alone. The environment was a bit bland and unoriginal. This place needs a upcycle anad redesign tbh.

I can't believe it took me this long to finally come here. Called in my order, it was ready right when they said it would be, took it home and we enjoyed every last slice of our pizza! Ingredients on the pizza are fresh and plentiful. The normal schedule they use is a touch on the spicy side and for me it's perfect. If you can't handle spicy at all let them know when you order, there is a non-spicy option.

I'm staying in the area with my kids and we decided to stop in. We order the meat lovers pizza. A pepperoni slice, and some pasta. All were delicious. Way better than your pizza chains. The pizza had a great flavor and it which was perfect. The pasta had some spice to it which was perfect. Not your typical plain pasta. The noodles were cooked perfectly as well. I'd highly recommend this place and I'm betting my kids will ask me to come back.

Great staff. Excellent food. Nothing like the mainstream Pizza Hut or Little Cesar’s. While a pizza is not an everyday thing in the states, this I think is that pizza that you can feed the family without guilt even as a daily snack (portion size matters).Seating is ok, fountain drinks and delivery east of I-805.
