This place has hired some of the old danks crew and there is a reason I don't shop at danks. I used to spend $200-$300 a week here. I will not be going back. On the day before thanksgiving the bud tender was complaining to me about his boss, really unprofessional. The last week I went in for oleum Wednesday and I was the 2nd customer in the store(only 2 of us customers at the time). I was being helped kind of... And by kind of I mean my bud tender refused to show any Oleum to me because he personally cant afford it. That was probably the 6th time coming in and I have been shamed for affording more expensive weed than my budtender could afford. Now while I was being kind of helped, another bud tender came and took my budtender away from me. Then more customers came in and they helped them. They helped 3 people before another customer pointed out they were skipping me. Both bud tenders agreed they weren't skipping me. So from now on... I will be shopping elsewhere. This place really went down hill lately. Especially with the danks hires

Good store but man I wish dabs we're regulated more so far roommate spent all but 100 of his rent their all he does is smoke dabs.It seems once on the dabs you are a zombie.Had some great berry joints .Staff can be friendly when they find it necessary.Dont find a need to stand outside their store for more than five minutes they will treat you not so kind.🤨.

Went in for my first time today. Customer service was straight on point. The gentleman that helped me out was very knowledgeable about the products, strains and farms. They got an excellent selection of edibles, herb and concentrates too packed into that place. Best of all? They carry Cowlitz Gold (Kelso Kreeper,high guys,dab dudes) My all time favorite! Cowlitz has it locked down. They also are one of the only in the area that stocks both them and Subx (Subdued Excitement) among lots and lots of other great products from other companies and farms. THC OF Lacey / Bud Stop Might be my new goto i502 store from now on. A bit out of my way but with the experience I had today I would be silly to shop anywhere else. Thank you!

My absolute favorite dispensary in Lacey. Chill people, great prices and even better deals. I go every week/every other week and they have never failed me. I highly *lol pun* suggest this place to anyone with social anxiety. The bud-tenders are kind and do not hover too much. They will let you look around, without following you around. Love my THC fam <3

Bad customer service and rather than help get to the bottom of it, they’ll block you and never respond!! Go somewhere else! You’ll thank me later. This place is horrible and I can see why the bud tenders are rude, the management is ridiculous. They do not take customer satisfaction as serious as they imply and reached back out to me weeks ago and have yet to respond but went ahead and blocked me instead of a response on FB. That is not customer service, that is trying to sweep it under a rug to avoid having to deal with a customer. They do not honor their word when they say to bring a vape cartridge back with a receipt if it is damaged. Do not waste your time. They treat you like a liar and pos when you do bring it back because they do not want to honor their commitment to customer satisfaction. Do not go here! You have been warned

Disappointed in their lack of professionalism. One night I can purchase with my recent medical marijuana certificate and 24 hours later they say I can’t and won’t give me a discount. I’m not one to throw someone under the the bus or argue but to say a company can’t find a way to help a customer is absurd and then to say it was because I asked. Come on, no consistency means you lost a customer. Being in customer service and dealing with difficult people every day I don’t right this review lightly. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t respect my doctors orders.

I recently starting going here after the dispensary I was previous going to had started to sell worse weed. I have definitely switched dispensaries. I’ve always been greeted at the door by someone in a genuinely good mood. The bud tenders are always knowledgeable and can help you get what you’re looking for. They’re always so nice when you have questions about products. The prices are affordable and they carry some amazing products and flower. I highly recommend this place if you live in the Lacey area.

Very knowledgeable staff. I'm new to the area and the legal scene and they were willing to spend a ton of time answering every question I had. Great selection of flower at all price ranges. The differences were described in detail, yet I never felt pressured to purchase one over another. It was also my first time buying concentrates and she took the time to explain the options I had. Needless-to-say I'm very happy with the recommendations thus far. I've had great shopping experiences at all the shops in Olympia and have to add this one, in nearby Lacey, to that list as well. I'll definitely be a return customer. Thank you!
