I popped in really quick to grab an arrangement. I picked out a nice half dozen flowers and the woman who assisted me (I think maybe she was the owner) was very helpful and friendly. She made me a beautiful arrangement and I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Presentation means a lot to me and she hit the nail on the head. I will definitely come back here for my next purchase.

Called multiple times because an order never arrived for my god mother on Mother’s Day. She cannot have children so it was a big deal for her to receive flowers on that particular day. All the times I called I was either sent to a voicemail box that was full OR I was hung up on. This is very unprofessional behavior and frankly very upsetting. I have now called 3 times the following day and STILL nothing. I have paid money for nothing and my godmother got nothing for Mother’s Day which breaks my heart.

Paid just under $250 for having flowers delivered on Mother's Day (shipping was only $13.95)Never showed up. I called and they never picked up. Called the next day and still no answer, VM says leave a message but VM is full.Terrible, do not recommend.

I sent flowers to my daughter, absolutely beautiful! (She sent pictures after receiving them) I ordered online but realized l didn't provide apt number and accidentally put my husband's phone number instead of my daughter's contact info. When I called, they were very pleasant, understanding of my error. I live on East coast, so was unsure of best florist to use. Definitely made the right decision and will order from Van Nuys Flowers again.

Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with, she helped me with what kind of flowers I wanted based on my wedding colors and style and she nailed it! She did a mock up setting of our centerpieces and it came out even more beautiful than I had imagined on our wedding day. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful all the floral arrangements were. And the boxes she used for the rustic look we were going for were perfect as well. The bouquets and boutonnières looked amazing as well! Don’t even look for any other florists because they’re the best! And I met with five different florists!

Elizabeth and her team are absolutely amazing! My flowers for my wedding were such a dream and I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful flowers! Elizabeth is is professional and responsive and saw the vision I had right away! She spent time and made sure my flowers were exactly what I was looking for. Great value! Van Nuys Flowers is the best!

I cant tell you how amazing Elizabeth and her staff are. They exceeded my expectations and beyond. Elizabeths knowledge and eye for what you want, she will make come true. I was amazed on how my arbor looked for my wedding and the was it looked at my sweetheart table smelled and looked. My guest were fighting over the center pieces lol. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquet were outstanding to say the least! I have nothing but the best and most kind words to say about Van Nuys flowers.

I hired Van Nuys Flowers for my wedding last month and from start to finish Elizabeth was an amazing help. She met with us multiple times and went over in much detail the style we were going for. I sent her many pictures over the course of the year which she graciously thanked me for. Then, the day of the wedding the flowers were honestly more beautiful than any of the pictures I had sent her. She heard my vision, meticulously choosing the right shades and textures, and brought my wedding to life. Her staff was also timely, friendly, and patient. I will definitely be using Van Nuys flowers for future events and am so glad I chose them to be a part of my big day. I can't thank Elizabeth enough for the fabulous work you do! If you are looking for a florist, you found the perfect one!

Elizabeth at Van Nuys Flowers is truly an artist. My husband and I met with her a few months out from the wedding and were so impressed with Elizabeth's energy and visible passion for what she does. All of the arrangements in her portfolio were gorgeous and she showed us tons of flowers that she thought might fit our vision. A wonderful feature of Van Nuys Flowers is the price. They were by far the most affordable of all of the florists that I researched and even include the option to customize each item you order (budget, value, and luxury) to fit your budget. All of the florals that we ordered from Elizabeth were incredibly lush, perfectly fragrant and made our venue look breath-taking. Elizabeth's attention to detail and thoughtfulness in taking care of her clients was outstanding. She went out of her way to special order some lovely white and purple orchids for our arrangements and exceeded my expectations in her set-up of the florals on the day of. I had shown Elizabeth a photo of cake flowers that I loved and she matched (& exceeded!) the beauty of it with our cake. She also went out of her way to arrange fresh petals and other fresh flowers around the cake table, gift table, and guestbook table. I would work with Elizabeth again in a heartbeat!
