Been using the same ID at this place and others. But, today it was not good enough because of a break on a state issued ID (that blocked out NO information). 5 years I've been loyal and drove past dispensaries on my way to Smokey's. I've suggested my friends and family to go here. Only to be treated like that. it's very disappointing. I've spent thousands at this place. That's what you get for going the extra mile to support this company. Go elsewhere.

Smokey’s is my go to dispensary! The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and will help you with anything! The custom Service is incredible for when those mistakes happen. I’ve tried other dispensaries, but nobody else has what Smokey’s has. Not to mention their amazing deals, all the pop ups, wide variety of quality product, points program, AND the recycling program! Safe to say I’m thankful for Smokey’s. Keep up the great work!

because of covid, the system of getting your bud is a bit different. you must order via phone and then pick up curbside. there was a miscommunication between myself and the woman I spoke to on the phone (I can understand why it happened) I basically ordered $130 worth of the wrong product. Instead of being jerks, Carrie (UH-MAZING), and her crew made sure we were taken care of. all while saving the product (they must throw away the cannabis if it leaves the building.) be patient with each other out there! it pays off. the crew was great and helpful and all were rock stars. thanks guys.Megan M.

Unfortunately during this stay-at-home order, they are doing curbside assistance, which I do understand. However, some of the staff don't seem to work with a sense of urgency or organization. They have a new system in the parking lot that's confusing. If you pull in the wrong way and try to turn around to be in the queue other cars will pull in ahead of you, and then you could spend 30-50 min waiting for your turn. Then the paying system changes, and it also gets confusing as to who goes when. I just hope they can pick up the pace and get some more organization.

This place has a outstanding customer service we purchased in o pen from them and it went out in less than 50 puffs and we came back and they gave us a new one. When we received the new one it stopped working immediately and we went back to them and they gave us another one. We are now enjoying the new one and it's working well so far. Thank you Smokeys!

Some people have not been to your dispensary since covid started and it is appalling the tone the budtender took with me when I arrived. I was yelled at to get back in my car. Then the budtender was upset I hadn't placed my order and told me to leave and place one then I'd be allowed back. All with the rudest tone I have EVER heard from a member at this dispensary. I ended up leaving and question coming back even though I've been a member 3 years.

Smoky I been to all Fort Collins dispos and yours was the only one that was taking 45 minutes to serve 5 people in the car line. I realize you guys are small but Natural and solace meds are small to they were moving 5 people every 20 minutes your employees were running all over the parking lot sweating but still slow just change up your pick up method. Go to other dispensary’s and experience the quick pick up

Staff is nice for the most part. I feel like I’m being interrogated every time I go in there though. It’s like they assume my ID is fake. I understand in this industry checking IDs is huge, but this is the only dispo I’ve been to where they just assume my ID is fake and I’m there to screw them over or something. Is it really necessary for 3 or 4 different tenders to look at my ID and question me about it? I’d recommend Natural Alternatives just down the road, they check your ID before you go in and at the register and don’t give you a mini interrogation. There’s so many shops in CO that I don’t need to deal with ID interrogations, I’ll just go somewhere else.

I went to this dispensary when we were visiting here finding a place to live and I ended up being so disappointed because when I got home and opened up my discardable vape pen half of the cartrige was empty because it had a leak in it. And when I called to complain about it they weren't willing to do anything to make it right which was very disappointing considering I spent $35 on it.

Do not like the game they play with my ID card. the nice blonde lady will hold your ID in the air, asking trivial questions from your ID. Like "what is your middle initial?" Never had the authenticity of my ID card questioned like that, there or anywhere else. My CO ID is in good condition , it has all the holograms and Barcodes, so why doubt it or I, are real? You accuse your customers of fraud during check in. The ID scrutiny crosses the line with the trivial questions game. Name one other place where your ID is made to be prize u might regain.
