The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They also make sure that the area is safe. There was a homeless man that wandered into the parking lot and trying to speak to the customers and as soon as the staff was told, an employee went outside to make him leave so no one else would be bothered! They have a great rewards system and beautiful glass as well! The setting is very chill and laid back, so you’re able to browse and take your time. They have a good selection of flower, and the staff is very informative. They can keep a conversation going, and make recommendations if you need it!

More honest then others. No exaggerating or fake descriptions about products. I have yet to be treated poorly by anyone there. No matter how small my budget. They will offer suggestions that will meet my budget & the type.of product I prefer.They offer tracking purchases that generate discounts. I found the tracking allowed me to reference products from previous purchases that I found to be of good quality. Thank you to all the Employees.

There are dispensaries around here every few blocks since legalization, and I have always said that as soon as I have an unpleasant experience at Smuggler Brothers, I'll check out one of the other guys. I'm increasingly doubtful that I will ever check out one of the other shops. Every time I go, they act like they're happy to see me, which is no mean feat, misanthropic curmudgeon that I am... They're knowledgeable, happy to help you with making selections, and always seem to be smiling. I know what you may be thinking, but I smoke every day too, and I'm almost never smiling. It's almost as though they don't hate everything. Takes a little getting used to, but I kinda like it.

Dealing with healthcare issues is difficult because pharmacology does not provide all the answers. We must become active advocates in our own healing. I am respected more for my efforts and the people here listen and respond to my needs and concerns. I would love to have them teach customer service to some of my Western medical providers! They make an active effort to meet my needs in every interaction. We now need people trained in medical issues to assist people without the knowledge base I have accumulated through the years. The for profit industry has left people facing medical issues in the dust. Ask questions. Do research and please dont accept the western medical sentence given to you!

I love this place!!! They are educated and very willing to help you get the best product for your needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they always have amazing sales. We are regulars there for a reason. They...in my opinion...beat all the other stores near here not only in product and pricing, but customer service. Check them out you won't be disappointed...Tell them Smoker 420 sent ya!!!

Very nice shop. Lots of different products. Great selection of glassware. Amazing selection of flowers at some very good prices. Grams from 5$ upwards. Quality of the flower was also very good. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere was also very nice inside, had great lighting and nice music. There's also a ping pong table outside

Best buds. Best customer service. Best atmosphere. They really are your best choice in Skagit Valley. Decent selection of CBD and edibles. These guy are true professionals. Their supply of pipes and pieces are of superb quality. A vast selection of handcrafted pipes and local blown glass is enough to bring back those with specific taste. There is something for everybody.ATM fee is very cheap. I often come in just for the ATM service.

Okay... So I am dealing with so much pain on a constant basis... There is a positive and friendly staff.. Myself, smoked weed for years until this all came legal, and it is like a whole other world if you stopped... So to get back to it, and not feel like an idiot about a subject that was so known through out ones being... I have been coming in, and I know I am a very intense individual, just in general... I am stressed, I am in pain, and I have been to trying to find something to help me get through the day, and not be sore the next. So it is a real battle to say the least, and everyone has been very helpful and friendly, thank goodness, cause I was honestly nervous walking in the first time. Felt naive, for lack of a better word, best way to describe the feeling the first time, especially for smoking for years and just not being familiar with it anymore... So I very much appreciate the attention I received, in trying to find something that was really going to help and not hinder. The personable you are , the more people are personable all together.. Describe what you are dealing with, be specific, the more knowledge you give about the situation, the better they will be able to help... I hope this helps some people, if it wasn't for this, I would not be able to say, have a great day everyone, thank you for reading.

I recently went to Smuggler Brothers due to necessity from road closures. Boy am I glad I did! I've been to 5 pot shops in the local area, and this place is best by far. After one visit, these are my impressions. 1) Selection is very good, second only by one other shop I've seen and only by an insignificant margin 2) prices are the best in the area. They carry the same strain (and grower/farm) I bought at a shop in arlington but it was ALMOST 15 DOLLARS LESS at Smuggler Brothers. 3) Staff was friendly and did not rush me in any way. The bud tender I dealt with was far more knowledgeable than other places on the Mountain Loop. 4) Their glass pieces are THICK. There was a previous review where a customer complained about thin glass piece, and I have no experience during the time the review was written. I don't know if maybe they responded to the review by modifying their stock or if the previous customer found a bad batch, but of the several pieces I viewed (and one I purchased) were made of unusually thick glass. The piece I bought is the thickest I've aver purchsed.All in all, this is by far the best recreational shop I've visited, and I highly recommend others to at least give it a look and see for yourself. It's worth driving our of your way!

Love this place, and the people who work here are awesome as well. They remember me when I come in and are knowledgeable about all the products, believe me I've asked oquestions about the edibles and mouth sprays since I'm a smoker, those types of products are totally new for me an so its interesting and fun to hear about. The waxes and flower bud is what I go there for and they always have the best.
