I wish i had photos! The hidden bookcase entrance, the velvet flocked walls, they went full prohibition era aesthetic and it's IMPRESSIVE. I didn't go into the back, I went with someone else and hung out in the waiting room. I'm told the back is just as cool and the staff is very helpful. Go just for the aesthetic value. It's totally worth a quick look if nothing else. I was a little disappointed the books were glued in and not authentic to the era, but they already went farther than any other place I saw in all of California to have an aesthetic and stick with it as much as possible.

You walk in and you enter what looks like a study from the 1920s. ATM on the left, "cashier" on the right and books and panneling along the walls. The cashier sits behind rod iron bars. Per typical speakeasy you have to find the entrance to the dispensary display room. Once you enter, you see a beautiful, organized bright room. There are many attendants to help. They offer free t-shirts on your first visit. All the weed is pre-measured and contained in sealed canisters. Nice experience. Possibly the only add could be a whiskey bar but I don't even know if that's legal. Parking lot is very small but people are usually in and out. Thanks for giving me an experience!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Every single person that works here is so incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in there job. No matter who helps me they recognize me as a veteran and not only thank me for my service but really mean it. Trust me when I say it's the little things that mean the world to a veteran, kindness. Great prices, always a deal to be had no matter your choice of dab, flowers or edibles. If your in the area swing by amd check them out, you won't be disappointed.

This place is my go to. Even though I live on the other side of the valley now, I always make the trip to this dispensary when I need to pick up more THC/CBD products. They have great staff and service with comprehensive information about their inventory. There’s variety of products at very reasonable prices. Also shoutout to the renovation, it is beautiful and really fun to enter the shop.They also allow dogs and sell CBD products for pets :) I don’t need them but it’s nice not to have to leave my pupper in the car.

I have purchased from here a few times. My first delivery experience was great. I was amazed they arrived within the hour, the flower wasn’t disappointing, and the price was fair. For my first order, they sent me three emails with price adjustments. The first email had the price you get when you finish ordering online (without the 15% discount). In the second email, they adjusted the price with the 15% discount. In the final email, they adjusted the city taxes to 5% which is what medical patients pay (Recreational customers pay 10%). When I placed my second delivery order I didn’t receive the third email. My order was about to arrive, so I called to ask if maybe the process was different for the second order or if the email was delayed due to them being busy. The first person who answered lacked professionalism, and after being on hold for a few minutes, the next person who answered sounded like he didn’t even want to take the call. After explaining in detail what the reason for my call was, the person I was speaking to kept saying we don’t pay the excise tax due to the 15% discount, I kept telling him I understood that, but my question was if they had adjusted the LA City taxes. He never understood, he just treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He finally said they have been busy and that the driver will have the final price. Since this is all going on while I’m walking out to the driver, I decided to just hang up. All the driver had to say was that the system does everything, so I just decided to pay. I never got an explanation. Don’t expect much from the storefront either - they employ the least enthusiastic budtenders.

This is the most amazing shop I’ve been to... epic product selection and the hospitality was far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with almost any business... I came in for my first time (completely wrecked after work and famished) and the owner offered me a complimentary burger on the house... and gave me a T-shirt (and I had forgotten all non work clothes back home) so their hospitality fed a now forever loyal customer and that T-shirt allowed me to go out after work with my girlfriend and the shirt is dope! This place has true integrity and excellent treatment to their customers. A+++++ You won’t be disappointed with this place... they are definitely # in my book.

The bro bud tenders make it hard to discuss female needs and the needs of an older canabis customers. I went to the other Syndicate location hoping for a better experience with maybe an older female sales person but was literally told by a young man that they don't hire women because they are too much drama! So no matter how expensive and fancy these places are... They don't care about the actual clients who need to talk to an older, hopefully female bud tender, because women are too much drama!? Nope, not this place.

Horrible customer service they were absolutely rude. I spent over 100 bucks in there and expected more than balf baked nods. They were not educated on there product that goes for both men and women. They lost me as a customer. I felt like I was an annoyance to them. I should not of bought anything and left. After politely explaining that my mood was good before I entered this establishment they told me I had to go after spending over 100 dollars. They also had zero clue or education on their product and as a joke i asked them thinks in which they lied just to give an answer. I’m sorry mate there are loads of shops where customer service is important. They are a giving like I’m trying to score something that I have to other choice but to go thrift them. Please mate you need to put the hammer down. I felt like I was at a cheap thrift shop with a bunch of underpaid ungrateful stoned no work ethic youth. Terrible experience I will return to the other place off Canoga and Sherman way where you are treated with respect. Lastly I noticed a women asking a question and it seemed to be of a great bother to the employee while answering the question. I also asked a question that should of been known and they gave me the wrong answer as expected....instead of saying let me find out for you her ego got in the way. Very disappointed. Never again and I will certainly do what I can to not have customers return. After I spoke my displeasure tothe lack of customer care the employees quickly forced me out. I’m sure the dental office isn’t pleased. You need some staff training never have I experienced suck assanine behavior. This business will not last long!!!!! Rediclous, lazy, behavior. I’m done
