I'm new to the area and I've visited three times now and the staff at Green Goddess Collective are always friendly and they definitely always take the needed safety precautions with patience and kindness when I've made past purchases. Great product too. I just purchased the Lamb's Head strain by Bud Bud and I am excited to try it. Also the Dragon Fruit from Bud Bud is good too. Both are Sativa. Green Goddess Collective is most excellent!!

What an amazing shop! Great selection, super friendly staff and CLEAN and welcoming environment. Shoutout to Mishalay, Melissa and Lovey for great product suggestions. Shoutout to Dolo for checking me in, explaining how the store works and just setting such a friendly vibe when I walked in and left. Will definitely be one of my new go-to's.

Whenever we visit from Australia Green Goddess Collective is our one stop shop! The location is fantastic, the service is impeccable and the store generally has an authentic chilled vibe similar to that of the amazing neighbourhood. It’s lovely to be welcomed back each time and always given great advice by knowledgeable staff who are professional and friendly, this includes security staff. While the store may not have as large a variety as it’s competitors like MedMen, the personable service, relaxed atmosphere and chilled ambiance makes for a much more authentic experience. We have also found Green Goddesses prices are competitive and on some occasions have been cheaper than that of other dispensaries. We absolutely swear by GGC and cannot recommend them highly enough! We will continue to be happy returning customers!

Front desk customer service was very nice. I'm not from the area so the warm welcome set the tone very nicely. As a matter of fact I was having a really bum day and the front desk girl had such amazing energy and helped me loosen up (thank you). As I walked up to the counter I didn't notice there was a waiting area. I was informed by there security guard and he could not have been nicer about it. I didn't feel called out at all, that would have killed my vibe (thanks man). I was helped by a very nice girl, I do forget her name (sorry) but she was hispanic if that helps. She was extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable. I left with exactly what I was looking for. Without her I would've left not knowing if I got the best for my money. I highly recommend Green Goddess Collective, if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Peace and love.

I was just SO embarrassed and humiliated by a woman working behind the counter that I'm afraid I cannot give a good review nor do I want to return. As a local professional living on the canals of Venice just right around the corner from Green Goddess Collective I'm sorry to say the customer service I received was just horrendous and extremely unsettling that I feel it necessary to share with my community. I came to the Collective by myself on Thursday afternoon, this being my first time to this shop. The woman helping me behind the counter started right off the bat with an attitude as if she didn't have time to answer questions. And when she did answer, she spoke softly enough and far back from the counter that I had a hard time hearing her and politely asked her to say that again. The line behind me was full with patrons awaiting their turn, and in front of everyone the woman told me to "clean my ears"! My face turned so red of sheer embarrassment and my eyes welled up. And instead of making an intellectual decision I just bought what was in front of me to the tune of $300, ran my card and shuffled myself passed the huge line of people who just witnessed my humiliation and the treatment I had just received from the clerk, who's name she told me smugly was "Doloris". When I got downstairs, refaced, I did ask to speak with the manager who was very kind, however in the moment of still being perturbed I wasn't able to tell her all the details, and what the clerk said to me, and how much I had just paid for that kind of service, all I was able to say in that moment was that clerk made me very uncomfortable and that her rudeness was super unnecessary. I really hope the manager - who shook my hand and looked me in the eyes kindly - will pass off her good customer service etiquette onto Doloris, so that it doesn't happen again to any one else coming into her store. And for Doloris, you should be ashamed of yourself working in an industry, and a location for that matter, where RUDE is not acceptable nor necessary!

I walk in with my phone this girl that was working the last shift on the reception asked me to talk on my phone outside. Which is valid.I walked outside finished my call and went back in and said My bad. She says I'm sorry gives me a high five. And I say you don't have to say you are sorry it's all good. I know you don't mean it anyway. She decide to get mad at me and not keep it as a professional. And called the manager a ignorant dude with attitude. I want to explain to them why it's not necessary to create all this. I'm here for business and you guys are not keeping it professional. Because a customer is king as long as he acts like one.I can tell you my opinion but you just have to listen and not argue with me. The weed is not very good anyways. So I went to Medman and they hooked it up. Ask for local discount at Medman.

Smallish store with a pretty large selection of products. A bit of a wait for first time visits, and there is a capacity limit, so you have to wait in the waiting area until people come down to leave. Super friendly staff, at the desk, the security, and especially the budtenders. Everyone was really knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Wish we could've gone here again before our stay ended, but we got some really quality stuff for a great price! Beautiful mural on the side of the building, wish I would've taken a picture...😞

4 stars because the place is clean and they try hard to be nice - even if it seems forced and weird.I just don't like forced small talk. Like, don't hold my ID and interrogate me. I'd prefer it if one give my ID back right away and say, "just a minute, there's someone inside right now, please have a seat and wait." "Budtender" was a moody stoner chick who couldn't look at me. Shoved the bag at me and said THANKS. I mean it's typical for a cannibus store. The "budtenders"might know what products are in general, like they know at length what thc and cbd do, but most of the time they've almost sold me the exact opposite of what i came in for.They're usually straight up pothead stoners who usually seem completely smoked out in the shoppe, which, again, is every smoke shoppe I've ever been to.

Front desk girl was the only good thing about this place. The blonde woman with bang working upstairs is the rudest and most arrogant woman. I never bought weed, I DONT smoke i was buying it for a friend. She didnt explain she was just Obsessing about the price and kept saying as I told you, as I explained. Without even listening to what I was asking for. I was going to buy alot but left with 30$ worth Of merchandise. Money lost because Of your employee. Will not recommend this place for anybody

I literally got sold the wrong item by a tender I didn't realize til I got half way home I live in Apple Valley and work out here so I couldn't just turn around and go back. I call and tell them what's up and that said they would be happy do take care of it. I never opened the package or anything get there and what do they tell me??? They can't exchange it for the right one which is straight horseshit when its still in the package unopened. Isn't that one of the many reason for child proofing things? I'm sick of all these business and there horrendous customer service like come on get your stuff together I shouldn't have A. Got sold something that I didn't want and B. I shouldn't be stuck with something I'm not happy with period your supposed to be open to provide a service that the consumer feels is far better than the competitors out there. But If you were trying to loose a loyal customer plus whoever else actually reads reviews and makes a stand with me congratulations you successfully succeeded in that department I will never step foot in there again this was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
