I placed an order and the lady that helped me never asked for my name however, when I went to go pick up my order I noticed a name on the container, Juan. I don't know if she just thought my name was Juan due to my brown skin color or race but she racially profiled me. Never eating here again!!

The food is good. But the service was really bad during our last visit. I am not sure if our family was alone ill treated. One Mr.Luis , did not serve the bread (was serving all the other tables. But gave some excuse to us alone). And was not bothered to serve the requests we placed. It seems something has changed at this CPK. It was not the same during my all the previous visits. I would think twice to go there next. I felt so bad that I did not want to tip him. But still did as a table manners at a restaurant.

I went in today with my family and told the waitress that I was vegan and asked if there were any Vegan dishes and she said no except for the pea soup which is not that great. So I ordered the mexican street corn and asked if they could leave out the dairy toppings. When it came it was slathered in a creamy ranch type sauce and it was served with garlic bread slathered in butter. I guess they don't know what being vegan means. I explained to the waitress that I could not have dairy or any animal ingredients, but it didn't seem to faze her. So I just watched everyone else enjoy their meals. I probably won't bring the family here again unless I eat somewhere else before.

The reason why I give this place a 1 star is because they just can’t get the order right! When you call for a takeout order you talk to basically a region dispatcher, they are good and take down the order accurately with all the specifics! BUT when you go in the restaurant they don’t get it right... although the food is still delicious, I think they need new management!

Their BBQ chicken pizza is very good of course (although it's even better at the Vegas location!). The portions from the kids menu is good. It's their service that is poor. I have been twice this week, and both times, we hardly saw our server. Actually I saw ours today standing in the kitchen talking to others. I had to get up and ask the front door hostess if we could have our bread, and also had to ask for the silverware and plates. The waitress also didn't take our menus, so I got up to return them myself so they were out of our way. We had empty glasses on our table, even after requesting a refill. We finally got our refill the same time we got the check, so wasn't able to drive it all. If you go to this CPK, just make sure you aren't on a time crunch.

This is the best pizza I've had! I really love the BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple, and the Cauliflower crust is amazing!!!!!!!!! I went with my bestfriend and we got drinks too, I would highly recommend the new Tropical sangria! Or the sangria flight!! They were all very delicious!! Also, as soon as the season rolls around for it, I HIGHLY recommend their strawberry shortcake dessert!!! It's literally the best!! 5 stars to everything, cleanliness, service, food, drinks, price, etc!

We had a horrible experience. The host told me upon arrival that the place was closing in 30 minutes... I asked if I should order take out? She said: it was ok. The waitress was RUDE told us they were closed but we can still order. No breed, She said no need to TIP I will be busy etc. No souce for my pizza. Horrible service. Never again!!!

Delicious food and cocktails. Some of their pizza selections are exotic and surprisingly good. I love the chicken dumplings the best. Their key lime pie has a homemade crust that is absolutely decadent. Everything is honestly pretty solid. When they have a rush period, service can be slow or food quality might not be up to par, but overall, one of my favorite restaurants.

Pretty good. For a CPK it was a large restaurant and lots of tables. We were able to sit right away but it took a few minutes to get any service. The first guy ordered our drinks and then it was almost 10 minutes before we got them and were able to place our food order. The place was barely half full and I don't know why everything took so long.

They offer Gluten Free options and also have a certified Gluten Free process. I have celiac and have never had any issues.The newer cauliflower crust is good. They do burn the edge a little every now and then. However, because of how thin the crust is it will burn around the edge some.
