Unfortunately we liked solace , but they changed today. I have never been treated so poorly as I was today. I believe her name was Gemma. She looked terrified to wait on us , would not speak louder so we could here her. Would not give my husband veterans discount that we always get. I got yelled at that I could not be on my phone to look up our rewards. Not one familiar face in the whole building . We were treated like a number today and for that reason we will not be ever going back. We drove out of our way to go to solace because of the great service and great prices but there are many options and they will not be one of them and that is too bad
