Overall Feedback:
I purchased an expensive PAX cartridge from Solace a few days ago and it froze up right away and did not work...it's brand new and completely full. Being completely unwilling to return / replace one of their products is ridiculous, I'm out the full purchase price. I understand policies, but Solace should stand behind their products better when it's completely obvious they sold a product that does not work at all. They have the relationship with the manufacturer and can easily return it and get credit. To stiff your customers like that is poor business. I hope you enjoy the small profit you earned on this item at the cost of loosing all of my future business as well as others. Way to think through your customer service options.
