MY NUMBER ONE DISPO!!Never have I ever felt more at home or welcomed then by Solace Meds, from the amazing staff (allison, jon, and dylan are my fav 3) everyone included who treat you like an actual person and take the time to get to know you and know your needs personally, I've had some great recommendations by these 3 impaticulaur and they've set me straight all the time.. It's nice to walk into a place and not just be another number or a job to them takin the time to get to know you and end up being treated like family and the reassurance to know I'm gonna get taken care of it's to amazing.. plus there weekly/daily specials are something to look forward to, there always changing it up and theres something for everyone... this is an amazing shop and I'm greatful there here!!! If you havent checked out solace meds in wheatridge I suggest you make a trip!!! THANKS SOLACE!!

Ordered online since I assumed social distancing would not be followed. Arrived. Order not ready. Had to stand in a small room with 7 other people, and wait while they gathered it. No social distancing whatsoever. Half the staff had masks hanging off of their faces, not covering their noses. If I ever get Covid, it will be from this visit. Never again.

Slow to serve, Mid quality product, literally NO phone service, I CANNOT reach a human in the store via phone. Outdated content on website , only use stock photos for their bud, website does NOT divide products the way the store does, such as bronze / silver shelf etc. 4/20 deals on Main website don't show up on the actual order menu so I can't acquire the deal...Fix your business please.

This was the single most unpleasant customer service experience of my life. After dealing with two very incompetent employees, I left and was fully across the street when employees came over and started threatening me. Saying they'd have my car towed and call the cops because "I was talking about their business" Well last time I checked Colorado was in AMERICA and we have a 1st amendment and all that jazz. I am a disabled veteran and they treated me this way just imagine what they will do to you! I assume the police laughed at them and said something to the effect of "If he left your store and property you should leave him alone not FOLLOW HIM ACROSS THE STREET THREATENING HIM!"

Was a Med member there for a few months - first couple of stops were fine hence the 2 star rating. I thought the cartridges were very pricey for how quickly they'd clog up (I bought the Clear because it was the most affordable "quality" option they had). Also have bought joints with holes in them from stems on several occasions, which you can't complain about when they only cost $0.10 but it's still a bummer. What made me leave is that every single visit I'd be highly encouraged to shop on the Rec side despite me having a Medical card for a reason. Also a few times there's been a huge line for Rec and no one at the Med counter and I was still expected to stand in that line, which isn't cool when I need something for medical purposes quickly in my opinion. Last time I said something and the guy made it right and let me through to shop quickly but it's still rubbed me the wrong way how they don't appear to have much respect for Med patients. I definitely always felt like an inconvenience there. Switched to a new dispensary and was shown cartridges and joints to make sure I was happy on the 1st purchase without me even asking. New caregivers member deals are way better, cartridges haven't clogged once and the joints have been solid. Happy I switched but sucks because this place came highly recommended and couldn't live up to it.

I thoroughly enjoy the low prices in comparison to other dispensaries in the Wheat Ridge Area. Usually, the service is friendly and rather quick. Between their various locations, I have been customer with Solace for at least 2 years. Today, I had my first mishap within the store. I had a budtender put back an item I wished to purchase. When I informed him of the error, he grabbed the incorrect product and stuck it into the bag. When I got home, I noticed that there were two of the same item in my bag. I checked the receipt and noticed that he rung me up twice for the same item. I called the store to see if I could come back in for an exchange. The fellow on the phone said that it shouldn't be a problem.I drove back to the store to exchange the item. When I presented the information and the literal recipt on the bag to the budtender who botched my order, he ran to the back to the back to check the cameras. After less than than 5 min, he came back out with the manager. She claimed that she could see him grabbing the correct item on camera. Despite having the receipt and the unopened product, she still tried to tell me that I was wrong. The only reason why the exchange actually happened is because I refused to allow her to walk all over me. If I would have been a shy or mild person, she would have gotten away with it. All in all, this place is a great choice for the frugal minded pothead until you have to make an exchange. They may speak to you in an accusatory fashion.

Solace was a great place to visit for our first foray into Colorado weed. Walking in it felt casual and comfortable, and that’s not the case with all weed shops. Since this was our first time in a CO dispensary I thought it would be different, but the process is straight forward and simple. Stuart (I think, I’m terrible with names) was our budtender. I told him what I was looking for and my price point and he went right to work showing me the goods. Dude knew his stuff and knew the products and I definitely appreciated that; he was friendly and we had a nice conversation after we made our purchase since there wasn’t anyone else in line. I picked up 5 grams of wax, and so far the product I’ve tried is bomb, no complaints. If we’re ever in the area again I’ll definitely give this place another visit, I’d recommend them to anyone. They have a nice big parking lot, too.

Once I started going to Solace Meds in Wheat Ridge, CO., I never went anyplace else. The budtenders at Solace Meds are the best! Always friendly, upbeat, and engaging every time I went there. They made me feel like I was one of them, like part of the Solace Meds family. I want to thank all you guys at SMWRCO for the excellent customer service. Hey guys, I made it to Oregon. Keep rock’n it! You will always be in my heart.

Staff isn't professional by any means. You'll be rushed,carded twice, with a long wait period because they wanna talk to the "pretty girls", me "top shelf" flower only to get some that was at 14% thc with no other labels. When asked about the terps, thca and other mumbo jumbo they were quick to deny anything with that doesn't reside in that store. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

I would not recommend this dispensary. They sent me a text for o-pen 30% discount 2 day sale. However, getting there the 1st day of the sale, they had 1 product. A 500mg disposal cartridge, that cost as much as the 1000mg craft cartridge for open! The budtender that " helped me" was not helpful at all. Made excuses for not having more merch for the "2 day sale" the were running! This place is low quality & high priced! You would be better off going to Options medical on 44th & Garrison for flower & the Oasis superstore off 44th & Sheridan for any o-pen product! AND they failed to give me my points on the $75 I did spend.!
