Feedback:

The first time we used NW Dist. the wine was delivered frozen solid so we had to reorder and wait another 10 days for the product. This time I called andemailed the pick up to Jason, this was on 7/23 and was assured that we wouldhave our product within 8-10 business days. I called several times and it was not until August 19 was I told that the wine was still sitting on NWD's dock.After several more phone calls I was told that they hadn't been able to find anyoneto bring the wine to Texas. Finally, on August 22 Kool Pack picked up the wine fromNWD's dock and it was delivered to our warehouse on 8/28. Now I have received a bill for $520.52 for 36 cases of wine. I feel that since I received Half-_ss service I shouldonly pay 1/2 of the bill if anything.
