Sucks last time I went in there to get my hair done the girl who look like she was maybe 18 tried to tell me that I could not get my hair wide enough to get the color that I wanted left there and went straight over to Walgreens. My supplies went home and within an hour and a half I had what I went to Supercuts for it seems they need to stop trying to make it look so difficult I've been doing my own hair since I was 15 I am now 44 years old and it's never as hard as they make it out to me comes out the same way with all the work they're doing or if I just go over and get a few boxes of dye to do my own hair and comes out just like I would have had them do it except I would have paid a quarter of the price!!!!

I’ve always gone to get my haircut here every now and then. The guy always did it amazing how I like. But I’m not really too picky with my hair. Almost 2 weeks ago I got my haircut done there and asked for layers just as I always do. I am beyond disappointed. My hair is extremely choppy and uneven. I tried to tough it out but I absolutely hate it. The lady’s hands smelt like cigarettes and she cut off much more hair than I originally had planned. Once you find a hair dresser, stick with them, I am never going back. Now I have to try to find someone else to fix my hair.

I would have given this review all 5 stars but the only thing I'm a little upset about is I dont know if I will be able to donate my long hair that I chopped off :(The girl I went to was FANTASTIC and she did an amazing job on giving my first pixie cut but I told her I was wanting to donate it and she first tells me the only way to donate it through them is when they do thier donation events and they dont donate hair any other time. I still tell her that I want my hair but she didnt braid it or pony tail it before she cut it, she put my hair tie in the middle of the hair, and through it into a bag wet (I shampooed it but she chopped it off after the shampoo, not before like they are supposed to). I was able to save some hair but when I send it off I still feel like they wont be able to use it at wigs for kids becuase it's such little hair...

Sorry Don't know who wrote the reviews? Are they relatives? On one of my regular visits from England. At first it seemed ok. Then after 3 days the quality of the cut showed. No quality at all. Had to go elsewhere to have it sorted out. And 20 dollars!!! Never again.

They are always quick with the line. They get you checked in quickly even if their self check-in is not working which is often. They always make sure your cut is perfect

My daughter asked for a messy bob to shoulders with slight layering but not too short. The result was nothing close. Layers are horrible and only done in some areas. There is no blending whatsoever. I took her back to get it fixed and the stylist acted like it was fine, said there WERE layers and acted like there were no issues. So frustrating. If I don't cur hair and can see the problem then at least admit it and fix it. I understand that this isn't a high quality salon, but I paid for a haircut and should get at least an even cut. We will not be coming back and I have been coming here for years.
