Very disappointed in the level of professionalism, attitude and care towards customers and staff during this pandemic. I visited this location on 5/8/2020. Regular shopper here, but I’ve noticed on my last few visits that most staff members including some security guards not wearing masks. I believe everyone including customers should wears masks but that’s just me. When I asked an associate about this, she said it was not a big deal. That they “follow all the rules” and there’s nothing to worry about and that they don’t spend a lot of time here. Excuse me but what!? Are you F@$%ing me!! I pray that management is able to view this or in some cases they are “leading by example”. I hate to go somewhere else and pay more but I feel like my life depends on it.

Ive been to a lot of dispensaries in Santa Ana and never before have I experienced such horrible customer service. The budtender Leanna was very rude to my friend and I from the get go which made my whole experience really horrible. Also, one of the front desk girls was kind but the other one doing a training next to her also had a bad attitude. Overall I’m super disappointed with my experience here and will not be coming back. Hopefully the management fixes the problem because it’s a nice place (that’s why theres 2 stars). Until then, I suggest taking a 3 minute drive to 420 central where the service never disappoints and actually has a welcoming environment.

Cool bud tenders and front desk, they have great vendor deals throughout the week where different vendors come and set up tables and you can get more information on different types of edibles or concentrates etc they’re selling, and often they have deals! Usually a little bit of a line but that is okay, it’s worth the small wait, the selection is extensive and they truly do have something for everyone, even for pets. Some days you go in and they don’t have what you’re looking for but they’re always able to point you in the direction of something comparable and I’ve yet to be disappointed with a suggestion. Thanks guys, been coming here exclusively for years and I’ve only had one experience where I was a tiny bit irritated - beyond that all good all around! See ya soon!

Great place to shop - they carry the hard to find goodies from Caviar Gold - Jay and Silent Bob strains!Staff was friendly and accommodating during my visit.From Oxnard, CA - definitely a different experience from the dispensaries in my area where you may wait up to 30mins before you may enter the store.I also appreciated how the shop displayed their flower options where you can see the flower with a magnifying lens and smell each strain via an opening that pivots on the top of the case - very customer friendly.Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Irvine, Santa Ana area.

Can not say enough amazing things about South Coast Safe Access. Consistently everyone I tell to go here, tells me thank you. My past experiences have never been a disappointment. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and awesome at educating you on your needs. Always patient and caring and warm welcoming to first time customers that are new to this type of therapy.

SCSA is very clean and neat and has a great selection with an excellent staff. They are always improving the store and often have vendor specials. And with a 25% veteran discount and other discounts, what more could you ask for! This is the only place I shop and I don't even want to check out the other stores. I was sold on the first visit so you should check it out if you are in the market.

SCSA is the best of all I’ve been to in the past many years. Nice and helpful staff, clean and great smelling dispensary. The help that they give to veterans with a generous discount shows their concern for us - and for seniors and law enforcement people.I drive the extra miles to come here because I’ve never been disappointed.
