Dr. Zechman is such a caring provider!!I felt very welcome and it was reiterated that there are so many things happening biochemically within a person's body that my being obese is not because I lack what it takes to gain control.I am looking forward to my next visit and am hopeful that I have found my life-long solution to melt this weight off of my body. As someone who has significantly lost and regained several times throughout her life, this is HUGE! The only thing I wish I had was more ideas for meals/food prep. However, Dr. Zechman has tackled this with her online program and community. I am on the wait list to join.

I am so impressed with Dr. Zechmann and her wealth of knowledge in obesity treatments. She has extensive training in diet and nutrition, which is difficult to find in the medical field. She isn't just focusing on medications or treating symptoms, but working on the root-causes. I felt like she really listened to me and has an immense understanding of what I am going through. I've been struggling for years with my weight and other hormone related issues, but I feel like I finally have the support and treatment I need to achieve my health goals for the long-term.

I have struggled with dieting and have had an appetite that I could never suppress. I was at a point that I struggled with tying my shoes. Dr. Zechmann has changed my life. I no longer crave all the junk food and suger as I always have. She is supportive and kind. I am so happy that I took the first step to change my life. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is ready to change and become the person that you were meant to be.
