Since the pandemic hit I’ve been here twice. They’re very friendly and they had a wide variety of items to offer. I was finally able to get hand sanitizer because of this place. One gallon. I also got some KN95 mask. Not sure if they’re FDA OR CE approved but they are very comfortable and are GB2626-2006 standard. They do carry hospital grade, bulk package stuff that is on the pricey side, but worth it. I think thatS where some of the bad reviews might have come from because I went in their expecting average everyday low priced drugstore items, which they did have in personal size sanitizer and wipes, but they also have hospital grade items that, if you do not know how to distinguish, you will think it’s over priced. Their prices aren’t the lowest but are more than fair. I got what I needed for months to come, without waiting on shipping or the cost that come with it. I also got to support a local business.

They sell thermometers for $105 a piece! What rip off! Please report them for price gouging! They advertise on Facebook, refuse to post their prices, and only send private messages with their ridiculous high prices. As soon as you post a reply with their price for everybody to see, they'll block you! Stay away from these crooks! Keep the receipts and report them!

This location is gouging customers!!! They are selling Clorox wipes for $35.00 per bottle! Not to mention, antibacterial soap for almost $12 per bottle! Such a shame! They are taking advantage of people in times like this!!! I'm curious as to what your gross/profit margins are?! 150%?! Whatever the case, your items are way over priced.

FYI I work here yet I will write a unbiased review to the best of my ability. This is a medical supply store that sells premium in home patient care products and quality of life improvement products, mobility products like power scooters and wheelchairs, furniture lift chairs, hospital beds, orthopedics and many other products, minimal if any medical instruments. Great techs for in home service or in shop repairs. Parking is usually not a problem. Few insurances are accepted IEHP being the main associate at the moment. Care credit is a financial option accepted for those that want to buy their own equipment on credit.

I was told my walker would be set up to use, as I can not lift and put it together. Received package not assembled and I feel this company does not care about disabled. Did call today to let them know and she said she will let her tech department know and then went on to blame a student who works for them. If that is the issue then Sun Medical did not teach them properly.

The staff and owner of this business are exceptional. I have been coming to Sun Medical for four years now. They have amazing customer service. If I need something that is not carried in the store, they will order it for me. When I have not known exactly what I have needed, they will help me figure it out and then make sure they get it for me if it is not something carried in the store. If I pick up something and am not sure it is the right item, they always let me know I can return it if it is not correct. When a loved one has medical issues, it is such a comfort to be able to come to a store that really shows they care. Thank you team at Sun Medical for all you do for me and my father. I so appreciate each of you.

This place is over the top when it comes to customer service! I have been a returning customer as I have an elderly dad who requires mobility assistance. Every visit, I have been greeted with a smile, friendly and helpful attitudes and a prompt desire to assist with my customer needs. They are also more than willing to help modify their equipment when needed and are so willing to help you find the best items for your needs...this one gets five stars from me!Mary Anne Baca Klenske, Redlands
