Been there twice as of today, the whole staff seemed very outgoing and professional. answered all my questions in detail (That's Nice) Prices seemed to be average from what I've been hearing. Nothing but a truly positive experience in my book.

During everyday business they are great. Im in and out in usually less than 10 minutes and they have some of the best customer service Ive seen in dispensaries here in MD. But the events and big sales? Forget it. I think this is their 3rd major event and they apparently still havent developed solutions to deal with a high volume of customers Depending on your disability, you may not be able to wait long periods reaching an hour and a half to two hours. Some appeasement has been given and is appreciated, please dont get me wrong these guys are usually ON POINT, but there are multiple options such as giving and calling out numbers and restaurant style pagers that can be used to speed up the process and make people more comfortable during the wait. Please stop allowing people to jeep their place in line when they leave the premises, that's ridiculous....come on, and PLEASE, if you're going to offer free wings to ppl bc theyre waiting in line for an hour and a half or more, make sure the wing truck doesnt LEAVE before ppl can redeem. EDIT: I had a mild panic attack due to the crowd (social anxiety) and the staff was BEYOND helpful. I love these guys, just making high volume flow needs to improve. That is LITERALLY my only complaint and I have only seen it happen w events.
