Horrible service from management and drivers. The driver didn’t want to get out of the car and wanted us to go out to the street to get the food we payed to have delivered. Maybe I’m just being picky but my understanding of having your food delivered is them getting out and going to your door to deliver your food. Then after finally convincing the driver to come to the door the person proceeds to argue with us about why she shouldn’t have to get out of the car to deliver the food. Then she doesn’t even want to give us the food and wants to continue to argue with us even after asking her to just give us our food and to stop arguing. Then picture below speaks for itself (wasn’t even the longest hair in that piece of bread). The manager just gave me the run around when I addressed his employees behavior and directed us to call customer service.

Doesn't seem to be as safe as it used to be. Shady people in the parking lot AND walking into the store. My order was in process when I got there. In the meantime 2 cholos (gang members/ex-convicts or both) walked in arguing about extra cheese. "Don't listen to him! I'm paying! " then "k, bro! Then you can walk !"... then more arguing, cussing. Then one left. Still waiting for my pizza. A woman who looked seriously high and miserable walked in. Finally my order came out, but dang the area has gone downhill. Pizzas were awesome, tho.

Very disappointedLooking at the menu. Spanish was the primary language. Written in large letters white English was the secondary. Smaller letters and harder to read.If Domino's wants to business like that, Fine. I'll go elsewhere. Also,. There were no pricing. How do I know if they are honest ok r lying about the price of there pizza.I'm boycotting Domino's and I'm asking you to the same.Oh, I went to pizza Hut. Delishish

Bad customer service please AVOID. We came there to pick up our pizzas that we ordered online with our newly potty trained 3 years old toddler. When our toddler needed to use the restroom, the store manager refused to let our 3 years old toddler uses the restroom. If this is how you treat a newly potty trained 3 years toddler. I am wondering how you would treat pregnant women. I highly recommended people not to come here due to their unfriendly customer service policy. Our family will not be going to Domino's pizza at this place or any locations.

Can someone tell me what the delivery fee is for if the drivers who use their cars and pay for their own gas and insurance dont get any of it and then your supposed to pay the driver a tip on top of it?Your pizza is now 8 to 10 dollars more than the great priced item you ordered.No savings here.Last time It took 50 minutes to deliver my pizza and it was soggy and warm. And now I ordered a pizza and noticed afterwards that the onlyhave 20$ on them so I called to tell them I only had a $100 bill so maybe they could plan on bringing enough change but instead was told they would cancle my order then unless I used a card.Totally bummed.So much for. I'm not happy with this Domino's Pizza located intersection of Beach Blvd & Westminster. I ordered large 5 topping pizza (light cheese, onion, green pepper, pineapple, olives, spinach). The pizza had very little toppings so I asked the pizza be remade. The middle aged woman replied "so how do you want me to make it for you. The reason why the pizza is like that is because you ordered light cheese." No. I don't believe so. I asked for refund and went somewhere else. Some slices had 2 pineapples. Waste my time. See pic.

Liz the delivery girl claimed that she couldn’t read my address because she wears glasses and that’s why she went to my neighbors house and called from her cellphone as Elizabeth Trujillo which I happened to answer....allowing my order to be delivered. When I told her she was lucky I didn’t call her manager she said she was deaf in one ear. I did not tip her.

OMG NOT AGAIN!! I ORDERED 3 $599 DISHES AND A 2 LTR SODA.30 PLUS $ WAS MY TOTAL AND FOR THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE! NO PASTA AND I TIPED THE DUDE!. IM THE IDOIT FOR USING THIS DOMINOS WESTMINISTER

ORDERING IN 30 SECONDS WITH EASY ORDER???Nope- not true. I hate when companies make promises they can't keep to pull you in, YET don't deliver on them. Still got a pizza, but still.Pizza okay.Customer service okayOverall okayBUT!!!!! 2/5 Stars for making me believe the "Easy Order" process mentioned was as easy as 30 seconds. For shame.
