Decided to give space Lounge another chance found out it was a big mistake this Bob Marley cracked-out look-alike security guard in the front decide to take away freedom of speech two customers? I first had one incident a month ago because I asked them why do they open at 9:15 9:20 instead of 9 as posted. He then got a smart remark and attitude and decided to give me a hard time. Then as I entered and try to purchase my medication a woman with glasses that claims to be in charge was rude and told me that she was not going to serve me because I recommended a friendlier shop down the street. Came back a month later and was told I was banned when did weed shops start taking away opinions of customers and freedom of speech to recommend as necessary? My fellow weed shoppers I was unprofessionally treated I was discriminated against and I was singled out for having a voice and voicing my opinion if this is the type of shop you wish to shop at by all means help weed shops take away our rights is not the answer especially of freedom of speech thank you for taking the time to read this I hope they change this security guard soon because I've been going there for more than 4 years and they will lose a very expensive customer.

Customer Appreciation Day, the manager was not helpful at all. BOGO on Plume Vapes ... I did not receive the 2nd cartridge.. I wasn't notified about picking up 2nd cartridge. The manager stapled my bag shut. And quickly moved onto the next customer. Apon arriving home realizing that I only had one wax cartridge, I wasn't able to get anytype of help or support. I felt CHEATED

Large selection of flower and wax, nice dab bar. Gotta give credit when credit is due. I've used this service for months. Five stars every time but I never thought to write a review. After this last time though, I felt compelled to write a review. I'm not a long winded storyteller so let's just say the customer service went above and beyond. Great selection. Great service. Great telephone service. Great Dab Lounge, great place to smoke, roll & go. Really nice, friendly, beautiful dabtenders and budtenders Prompt and Professional. This is a real review...I received no free gifts or offers to write a nice review. They are that good! Keep it up Guys!

Security guard and workers take their job too serious was very unprofessional and with a terrible attitude. Can tell obviously no one like working for this business. Weed was good service was terrible would not recommend to a friend based on service alone. Even ask to speak with a manager and was ignored so if you're looking for a professional environment with good service do not go here
