Worse customer service I have had in a long time. Went there to swap out a cable box, women helping me could have cared less about what I wanted which was the same brand of cable box that I was turning in. Kept looking at her watch probably ready to go on a break. Did not really explain that I had to call to get the new box activated, so waited until she left (on her break) and asked another customer service rep and got an answer. The positive was when I called the 800 number to activate the box, had outstanding customer service!

I had to return equipment at the Spectrum store on Clairemont. The associate that greeted me was not nice and has a lot of negative energy. His name is Carlos and I think they should find a different position for him in that store. He’s obviously not happy in his current position and it really shows!

I purchased 1gig internet, they never delivered the speed yet they bill for it. They know they are the only service provider in the area. Really bad customer service.

Slowest customer service i have seen. 12-15 people in line and only 2 employees. Manager is in the building and doing nothing and not helping clients. Who knew your in person customer service could be just as bad as the over the phone or online.

An experience that could have been very bad was changed by the help from Anthony Alvarado. Should you visit this store and you have any problems "Tony" will rescue you. I warn you that, if you have an appointment, you will need to check in by computer. I found that I could not enter the desired data fast enough, so it stopped the procedure and went back to the beginning. Also note that the alphabet is on both sides of the screen, so you will likely need to go from one side to the other.

As much as anyone likes going to one of these places this was a fast and easy process with no long wait. The people were very polite which goes a long way these days.
