I got my medical recommendation through HelloMD and the card came in the mail within 2 days, super fast. Ordered from Speed Weed and got the delivery to my door within the time specified with no hassle, being kept updated along the way through my email. Even got a free edible, candle, and matches with the order! Will definitely use this service again. Highly recommend! Thanks Speed Weed!

Their Packaging is Amazing. Very professional and above and beyond any other delivery service I have ever used. Once you receive your order - you will be pleased.That Being Said - Customer Service and communication can stand to improve. Emails are difficult to get responses to - and its slightly frustrating when you're trying to check on the status of an order they have already charged you for.I will continue to place orders with them for certain items, but be prepared for Amazingly Packaged Orders and Lack Luster Customer Service if you are a first time customer.

Placed an order at about 330 on a Saturday afternoon. About 3 hours later we are wondering where are order was. We called the number listed and it states to email. So we emailed....and emailed...and emailed. It is now 3 days later and still no response. Now I call the number listed and all I get is a busy signal. They have terrible customer service and we are NEVER using them again!

Honestly my rating should be less, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I was super excited that I could get my card online and that was fairly quick and simple. I was sent a letter of recommendation that said that most dispensaries require the embossed stamp, so I called Speed Weed to ask of I could still order without the stamp. I got sent to voice-mail 3 times, and not after a few rings, I mean like after the first. Ok, annoying but I figured I'd call before placing my order. Now they advertised that I would be given coupons that value the money spent on my card, wasn't sent or redirected to anything so that was a hit of a let down. I browse through their products and make my selections, and proceed to check out when I get redirected to the page about Prop D. Of course I appreciate that they're fighting for us so I put in my response.... 5 times. I can't order my products ($80 worth) because of this pop up. Am I not able to get delivery from any shop because of Prop D or just this one? Called again and still no answer. I didn't want to rate or review before actually receiving their service, but seeing as I literally cannot be serviced I had to post, especially since it seems that those posting reviews are being helped. Speed weed, if you help me out I am more that willing to take down this review and post a better one

After 3 hours of waiting with no call or text, I called and they said they no longer deliver to my area. That is fine if someone would have let me know. But they charged my card and now said it would take 2-3 days for a refund. They are not in it for the patients, otherwise they would have let me know right away so I could go somewhere else

Credit card machine system never worksWe are in Los Angeles, CA in 2015!!Weed is ok but so pricey.They always arrive late.So they deliver to you but you still have to go out and find an ATM. Great concept, smart management, I will never use the service again.

I haven't had a problem yet and the waits are never longer than 1 and a half hours for my area and to me that's fantastic cause it takes me 30 minutes usually just to drive 4 miles on the west side of LA, so the hour+ long wait is just about right for my areas traffic! Thank you SpeedWeed you all rock in my opinion! Oh FYI their Herb Rules and the Veganic Shatter was wonderful last time I got it!

Just signed up, easy to do and quick approval. I guess that is why they are called Speedweed, because it certainly isn't for the delivery speed. It has been 3 hours since I placed my order and it is still not here. I've never had to wait this long with other services even when I placed an order during rush hour traffic. This one was made early afternoon on a Sunday.Oh well, this is what I get for being lazy. Probably will be my first and last time using these guys.

Ive ordered from them nearly 20 times, 99% of the time they are fast, consistent, and deliver fresh buds. Just this last time someone quit on them so delivery was quite a wait, but this was unusual for my experience, they acknowledged this, explained and gave me a free gram of Blue Crack as compensation so they righted the unfortunate circumstances (which they have in stock still fresh and very good) If something goes wrong, they will right it.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Go there quick and kick off your new year with theirCookie Monster Bud, its well worth it, great strain they have it very fresh.Thanks SpeedWeed for the AWESOME SERVICE Im looking forward to the new deals, and buds you'll carry in the new year.

I registered two days ago and still havent heard a single word from these guys. Not a single word. Response to their response: What? They don't deliver to a house near CSUN? Anyway - their response just summed up their service - they'd rather respond to bad reviews than to say a word to tell a new customer they dont deliver to a house near CSUN - care more about being defensive than provide service. Why get pissy when it is your website and workflow that is not perfect? Is it the customer's responsibility to work around your operation glitches? Again, how do they do business????
