I agree with previous post...shockingly rude and terrible customer service. They barely answer the phone id say maybe one time out of 20. I was approved for a medical device and it is a costly Uber go there and back. The guy said he could send it to me here in the next week. After almost 2 weeks had passed I called and they said someone would deliver it to me Monday or Tuesday. I missed their call when I was doing laundry and when I called back they gave me attitude. Said someone would try again the next week. I said let me know what time and day so I can be here for your call. you can’t just randomly show up and expect me to be here. They said ok. Now on a random Wednesday With no warning, I had a call from an unknown number leaving a rude voicemail cuz I didn’t pick up. I called the office back 3x 15 minutes later NO ANSWER. Ridiculously not speedy or caring. I’ve been waiting for this device for months now and it’s a medical NEED.
