If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The flowers are beautiful. When the recipient wasn't home, Auburn Blooms went above and beyond to contact the recipient to let her know flowers had been delivered and to advise me (who lives overseas) they had been received. They were also kind enough to email me a photo of the arrangement. Once again, thank you.

I haven't gotten the flowers yet (they're set to be delivered tomorrow) but if they're anything like the customer service then they'll be fantastic! I spoke with Lisa, the owner, and she was incredibly helpful. She understood that I wanted to get my mom a nice bouquet but didn't know anything about flowers. She assured me that she'd take good care of me and that she would deliver at a specified time. Thanks Lisa!

Lisa was amazing! I called at 2:06pm to get a sameday delivery for a family member in Auburn. She asked a few questions and had the most beautiful Flower Arrangement delivered by 3:11pm. I have never experienced such incredible service without paying a fortune. Thank you so much for your help and superior service!! Lisa also followed up with a pic of arrangement. It was so nice to see what you are paying for which not only met but exceeded my expectations! Great Job!!👍🏻

I was a bit concerned when i read that substitutions may be made if the flowers in the picture weren't in season or the freshest, hoping i wouldn't get an arrangement that was completely different, but understanding certain flowers wouldn't be in stock. I was very pleased at the floral arrangement which was very similar to the picture. My grandmother is a retired florist, and i needed something that would impress even her, and this one did the job! I will definitely use their services again.

Thank you so much for amazing service! I ordered a bouquet for my best friend who experienced an unexpected tragic loss of a family member. The bouquet she received was exactly what I had ordered online, but was so much more amazing than the online photo. In addition, the bouquet was delivered (to Foresthill) in the time frame I had requested so she was home to receive them. Thank you!

I was in a pinch, it was my fathers birthday and i didnt get my fathers gift or even a card you him him on time. I called 3 other florists looking for a option to send flowers needing a delivery that same day. Whomever the lady was that helped me she was great. She undrrstood me. She helped me with the process & worked with me patiently to get flowers and a card to him very quickly. She rocks. I felt like she was happy to help. He called me with in a couple of hours to say how beautiful they are.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!I Love My Dad so much. I ordered flowers online from Auburn Blooms. I chose to let them arrange the flowers with what was in season. I was a little worried. When the flowers were delivered they were a beautiful and bountiful arrangement, absolutely perfect! Thank you Auburn Blooms!

Highest marks go to Lisa and her staff! She did my daughter's wedding flowers at the end of September 2012. First of all, she spent much time in the planning stages showing my daughter and now son-in-law pictures and also living flowers. This helped them choose colors and types of flowers to achieve the look they wanted. The flowers arrived at the wedding fresh, colorful, and artfully arranged. Lisa and her staff also did a considerable amount of on site arranging, decorating an archway, gazebo, fireplace mantle, cake, and tables. Friends of mine who were helping with the wedding said Lisa and her staff were so pleasant and among their favorite vendors. Finally, the flowers made the wedding gorgeous!!!!!

Hello - I'm about to use this florist for the second time. In my first experience they were outstanding, and am about to go again. The owner was helpful and delivered a custom arrangement that was perfect.Also, I asked he about the poor review listed below. She said their was some misunderstanding, but it sounds like she did everything possible to rectify and in the end sounded like it was all good. (( Its too bad thier is not a way to list a rebuttle ))I'd give this company a chance ---- the really care!
