Feedback:
I don’t feel welcome when I come into this location. The employees at 92nd and federal are much nicer. I can’t tell what it is about all the lgbtq employees or Middle eastern dudes but every employee in this store with the exception of the hefty guy (not the manager) and African American girl are rude. I won’t come to this location anymore.

One of the best places to get your herb on! Quality flower, make sure to check out top it off Tuesday's. Also a great place to buy quality concentrate. They have a good balance between quality and price but they also sell the dank, high dollar stuff too. This is a franchise so the deals differ from store to store but the quality seems standard.

My experiences have always been pleasant except the last time I was in. A lady with short hair assisted me with a horrible attitude! In addition to the horrible customer service, she did not bother printing the required stickers for my product. Nor did she give me a receipt and when I asked for it, it had a man's name on it. I was EXTREMELY displeased and contacted the store. They said they'd get back with me and I've never heard a response. So needless to say, I won't be shopping here anymore as I feel I take HUGE RISK purchasing your product. I feel the teller did this deliberately and I'm sure she still works there. I'm all good with Starbuds.
