I live in Colorado Springs for work and travel to STARBuds Pueblo West location to get my flower and concentrate. Their in house products are amazing and high quality with other top brands available too! The staff is patient, informative, and super friendly. I never have to wait in a lobby! Just wear your mask and gloves haha! If you’re in the area and can stop here just to check it out, don’t hesitate! Returning customers get treated like royalty too! Earn them points.

EDIT: The owner and management at Starbuds in Pueblo West have reached out to me to correct this situation. Thank you for valuing the relationship with your customers and going out of your way to make any issue or concern right Starbuds. Very disappointed with the customer service at Starbuds. I was turned away for having an expired temporary id (even though state dmv is closed due to corona and has issued extension of these expiration dates.) I was asked to provide proof through email. I thought this was common knowledge for businesses that require an id check? What’s strange is when visiting a few times weeks prior I was still allowed in to do business even with having an expired temp id. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to do any business with Starbuds. They lost a consistent customer.

Update: Original review below. After getting a Reply I emailed directly to the contact provided. Responce time was quick and they are making up for the unsatisfactory experience I had with my last visit to this particular store front. Great customer service on this one! "Highly" satisfied! Thank you for taking the time to help with this!FALSE ADVERTISING! I have used different locations with no problems but this is not right. I live an hour away so I usual order online and pick up on my way thru town. I ordered 1 OZ of Chielse flower. When I picked up they did not show the product. When I got home an hour away and ready to smoke I opened the container and it is pure shake! No nugs! Pure stems and leaves. I called and they told me it was not their problem because all online orders are made by a 3rd part such as Douchie or Leafly. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Extremely amazing experience. The Security starts by usually opening the door for you. Usually don't have to wait but maybe 5 minutes. The Budtenders are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. You can tell they love what they do because they are always wanting to make sure the customer leaves with exactly what he/she was looking for. I've shopped all the over the state. This is hands down one of those places that you get quality product for a quality price.. Flower is always on point. Which of course means the oil cartridges are awesome as well. The stores cartridge brand is made by Kaviar which is the one & only "corporate" brand that I buy! Bottom line, Starbuds is a must go to place if you are in or near one of there 2 Pueblo locations.

Omg, I can't say enough great things about this dispensary! EVERYONE that works there consistently delivers the most engaging experience and I always leave feeling like I just made a new friend! Excellent selection, competitive prices, and they even sell some rad merch! Don't leave without signing up for their generous and free loyalty program. You'll have a $5 reward in no time, and if you wait, your rewards will save you even more! Best part...no card to remember, or having to give any info. Once you're signed up, the rest is automatic! Great job team!

Extremely nice bud tenders, very satisfied with their suggestions. It seemed to be averaged priced, but they did have a lot of interesting products like THC sodas and a wide variety of gummies.Will definitely recommend to anyone, specially if you want to be around chill people. Thanks guys!
