I walk away extremely disappointed after my first and what will have been my only visit to this place. I had high hopes. Drove an hour to drop 250$. Only to be greeted with poor attitudes and even more miserable customer service. It was curbside only and when they brought my products out the change was short 11$. I bought this to my bud tenders attention and they went inside to talk to the manager.10 minutes later she comes back to inform me that they are confident I received proper change and that they would review the video tapes. I literally did not leave my car the whole time. After waiting for 30 minutes with no product or money returned to me I finally called the manager. I was told repeatedly that they were counting the drawer and reviewing tapes. I told her to keep my money and just me me my products so I could leave. There was no apology for the inconvenience or any kind of effort to make up for it. Never mind that I was still trying to order more stuff and spend more of my money. I will gladly stick with any number of the dispos near me from now on. I am always treated extremely well which is why I’m so disappointed in this place. Happy 4th!! Lol. Oh And the employee gave us the middle finger for added insult. What a joke.

Nice people. No incentive for newbie patients however. I think it's a huge plus to give out a few things to ask for patronage as there are many places to go in the city of LANSING, MI. Only a small amount of paperwork to fill out. Need to fill out a form each time, I'm thinking it's to track why you came in. Not large amounts of products on display. Advantage is that you pay right at the spot where you choose the meds. That I liked. Maybe increase their amount of available products? They have space to do so. Did get a great Indica vegan gummy, KUSHY PUNCH. Thanks for the intro to that, it's great!

*McDonald’s Weed - Be warned*I have been a cannabis user for over 10 years and have cultivated and maintained gardens professionally as well. My expectations were unfortunately low already and I don’t like being picky but what I received was embarrassing.. Tiny little airy buds that probably should be used for hash or prerolls, completely destroyed by an autotrimmer machine or reckless hand-trim. Visible nutrient burn and a super grassy taste on the smoke. Barely dried, noticeably not cured. The only thing worse would have been mold or mites.Offloading bad product to unsuspecting customers is a viable option these days in the canna industry so didn’t take it personally. I cannot recommend this shop at all and will never set foot in here again. Best of luck

I only came by as I'd run out of product. They did have a nice batch of a strain I wanted. Price was competitive. Found a new edible I really like which has since ended production. Employees are nice. None looked or smelled unwelcoming. I've been 2xs & their entry requirements are simple. I like being on file and having a way to know what I'd purchased. Most do this but still its wise. Location needs security but I appreciate having them there.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Since they reopened, I’ve definitely noticed that their pricing have gone up but the quality compared to other shops is top notch! Always a friendly smile and a genuine interest in finding you the best medicine for your dollars. Got some Dirt Nap and Face On Fire that were both very good. Location was clean and I will be returning for months to come.

The staff are knolagable,friendly and willing to take the time to help you find the right meds to help you out.The bud has always been good and they have a nice selection of meds to choose from.Would definitely recommend StateSide.

Ok ive been going to these dispensaries in Lansing for a few years now, and that being said I've been smoking for a long time. And the dispensaries around here are way to over priced with the quality of product isnt there. While this places top shelf flower is the same price as the others mid shelf product with the price of of there top shelf. In which I dont trust. And they also allowed me to see the flower prior to donation unlike the homegrown dispensary that didnt allow me to see what I was getting, but showed me a jar with some old non smelling flower. Kinda skeptical to me. Just sayin

I have always been happy with this establishment. It's close to home and the staff are amazing. They remember my name and are always super nice. The help me find the products I need super fast and their recommendations are spot on. If you want quality and people who care.Then you want Stateside.

When it came to looking for quality medications in the Lansing area at an affordable price...I had to stop here. Great prices on cartridges which is what I prefer, and I have never had an issue with quality. Clean, nice staff...that takes the time to make sure your getting what you need. I'm leaving a 4 star review as they do not have an ATM, which is a must in this business. Stop and get cash before showing up.
