Poor Customer Service; I just got off the phone with “manager” to inquire about a deal on some cartridges that maybe they had a week or two ago. Very quickly and rude shuts me down to let me know the cartridges had never been lower than $30 in price asking me if I was an employee. Not once did he try to educate me on any deals they had. I would not recommend this dispensary which is unfortunate because I was beginning to grow fond of it since it is close to home. I am a med card user and I was considering signing over after my current contract expired but with this terrible experience I will not be giving my service to this particular dispensary.

Signed up for an online pickup that was supposed to be ready in 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting an hour and leaving. This is the second time this has happened, waited an hour outside the week before and saw front desk staff let in multiple people in front of me. Not going to come back to this location, concentrates are low quality to begin with. Social distancing is very poor.

Probably had to do with Pandemic. I went in showed medical marijuana card. He was like you can not get that. I was just trying to do it the right way. He was like...This is recreational. Say something again and you'll have to leave. So unexpected and strange. Oh well. Got product. They were phenomenal. The customer service experience was not welcoming.

I went in with an online order. The guy who helped me, said they didn't have the product. If you don't have it, remove it from online! Secondly, the guy helping me just seemed like he really didn't want to be there. He did not show me what my flower looked like and just had bad customer service. There are plenty of other shops to go to in Denver.

Asked for top shelf flower and recieved 11% THC training day. If you're out of product that a customer asks for... be straight up! Don't say it's good just to make a sale. I'm very unhappy spending money on this gram of flower. Thank god I only grabbed a gram to test it out, this weed smells like hay and dust. Tastes horrible! The bud tender completely lied to me about the quality just to make a sale. Frustrating and a waste of time.

As most of the other reviews here state, this is primarily a tourist location as it is in very close proximity to DIA. Expect a long wait, as the majority of the patrons in line ahead of you dont have a single clue as to what it is they even came in for, let alone what an indica or sativa are, and as such, will insist on being given a class lesson regarding the different phsyco-active effects from either by the bud tenders. In short, if you're used to going somewhere to get weed in under half an hour.. I'd recommend a number of other places to you. Great staff, awesome prices, phenomenal flower.... sh*tty wait.

Great selection of cannabis products. Well priced! The service was fast and courteous. I was well educated in my needs and the products I received let me unwind like I wanted. The backdrop in here is the nonsense legislation. You can buy the products legally for recreation but there's just a couple of places were you can enjoy you cannabis legally. The place you actually can, are very expensive. So educate yourself well before making your trip to Denver Colorado.

Slow. Pretty much Always. Possibly one of the least efficient dispensaries I have ever been to. They just seem to take their time no matter how "busy" they are. No sense of urgency or trying to get customers through quickly. Every time I'm in, there is at least one employee who has decided it's a good time to give a full dissertation on marijuana and the industry as a whole rather than try to do their job quickly. I'm all for customer service but when there are 3 employees and a line of customers OUT THE DOOR you might want to hurry a little bit. Just sayin. The only reason they can get away with it is because they're the only dispensary anywhere near the airport. Anywhere else in Denver and they'd have gone out of business by now. Pick up the pace!!

I gave 2 stars because of the other native roots in Denver. They usually have coupons and pretty okay weed. Plus I'm just reviewing to say the prices are outrageous 🤣🤣 bro 25$ plus tax for 66% shatter 1 gram thats darkaf🤪 insaneYes I understand this is the first dispensary you see when you come from the airport but 10 mins away are 3 dispensaries with cheaper prices for the same or better quality and higher quantity. I live in buffalo run so I didn't have to drive far also it was clean and they were helpful and very respectful. They do have a med side as well.

These people tried to steal my girlfriend's real government issued ID because their faulty system inaccurately believed it was a fake, then when they realized what happened they acknowledged their mistake but then even refused service to me anyway because of my "attitude" - even though my "attitude" was because they were making false accusations against my girlfriend and trying to steal my girlfriend's property. No bueno amigos
