I would give 0 stars if possible. Save yourself a ton of stress and legal fees for discrimination and HR lies so much and so badly that the director can’t even remember the BS she said herself in legal documentation. Oh and they love telling people they have lost their jobs during a holiday just to be even more evil. This is by far the shadiest employer I have ever encountered they offer benefits yet no one in the call center actually is kept long enough to get benefits. Every campaign you have to start over like a new hire even though you have been working over a month etc. I put in for bereavement leave for the memorial service of my grandma months ahead and was still denied time off. There is ANOTHER CALL CENTER IN THE MALL AT THE OPPOSITE END, apply there and skip here.

Not the worst place to work, but there could be a lot of improvement. They say they care about those employees and do all these "incentive" things but honestly if they just gave you better pay and actual benefits, guaranteed hours, or stuff that people actually want oh and paid holidays... Seriously just because they are a Canadian company they think they can get away with no paid holidays... God forbid you are ever sick, but half the time you can come in and stick it out for 2 hrs and do VTO... Like how Does that make sense. They claim to be PCI complaint but then let "leads" use their own unprotected phones on the floor to watch call times... Even though everything like the camera, and an outside connection are still on. They tout professionalism but rarely actually have it.

But man are they amazing a gentleman by the name of Carvin has been very amazing to me helping me out in every way possible to make sure I get a job placement there he goes over and beyond for you and your needs and make sure that you are accommodated walk out satisfied . Regardless of how busy they are they make sure you are good to go. Supervisor there as well David is an amazing at his job as well very great good customer service.I experience at 24 7 InTouch walking in I felt comfortable I got greeted very well and I would have to say this place is definitely amazing

They are good as far as hiring but only one ☝🏽 campaign in there is very unorganized, very unprofessional and just down right messy, the campaign is very good at showing favoritism and just not a good choice in hiring the right working people and have a bunch of adults who behave like there in high school, pick any of the other campaigns but that one ☝🏽 (Ulta) need to fire 🔥 and re-hire a brand new team of team leadership and operations manager -Signed a very good ex employee

I interviewed for a part time position, they asked me to come in for a face to face interview for that same position, we set a date they sent me a confirmation email and I went there, only to be told that they're out of part time positions. Just like when my butcher tells me he is out of lean and even he would have not been out of lean if we set an appointment and confirmed by email. So unless they're hiring me to help alleviate their chaos and generously compensate me for the task why would I bother at all, not for the lack of jobs or professional call centers

Extensive hiring process is a total of waste of time. There is a 4-part application and interview process here (paper application, 3 assessments, a general interview with a recruiter, and then a group interview with other candidates). I went through this whole process which took about 6 hours only to find out that part-time shifts were unavailable and for some unknown reason I was ineligible to be hired for a full-time position. After going through the entire process, I felt like they could’ve been forthright in their decision not to hire me. To make matters worse, this company is so disorganized that my husband (a current 24/7 InTouch employee) experienced issues with his first paycheck. Human Resources provided him a paycheck with the wrong first name. Instead of correcting matters, a phony looking e-check was provided which no local bank will actually cash. I really think this company needs to get it together, or shut down altogether!

Not gonna lie. I was skeptical about this job because a lot of call centers in Vegas are sketchy. But this in NOT one of them. I started out my first few days ready to quit, because of this preconceived notion that I was gonna have a bad experience. But the people are great. Management is thorough. The pay could be better, but it's definitely worth it. If you're a person who can deal with change and keep your professional composure, this is the job for you. So come on in and use Me as a reference.
