Greetings,I am Operations manager for a popular edible company in Southern California, I prefer to leave name out. We spend several hundred dollars per month and have tried several different labs at this point. Our last batch sent in took nearly one month before we received some of the results. One sample was missing we were also charged for it. When we finally received the results back everything was 1/10th of the expected potency, so we decided to pick randomly 2 sets of 6 sample and send them off to CannaSafe (The real industry standard for analytical testing, also CannaSafe is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited. They also frequently calibrate their equipment frequently) and PharmLabs (also ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited).Both CannaSafe and PharmLabs had near-perfect matching results suggesting SteepHill Labs results were inaccurate. The customer service was disappointing; I am still awaiting answers...We will never use this Lab and wanted to share our experience with the public and potential customers. Pick your lab carefully!Sincerely,Disappointed Customer
