My husband and I got all of our flowers from Above The Stem for our wedding in August of 2019. We were so impressed not only with the flowers but also with the amazing customer service. I didn’t know much about flowers at the time, but the wonderful ladies at Above The Stem were sweet, helpful, accommodating, and really helped to bring my vision to life.

My daughter was delighted with these flowers! She sent me a photo, and I was delighted, too! I live in Colorado and am happy that I could connect with a florist local to Redlands, rather than use 1-800-Whatever. Supporting a local business is always the way to go! I appreciated that the florist called me to discuss the order, too. I'd definitely recommend Above the Stem!!

I booked with ATS for our wedding originally in April 2020...of course due to Covid-19 we had to postpone and push our wedding to another date. 2 days prior to our original date my husband and I decided to elope. I called Prerna and asked her if she could put a last minute bouquet and boutonnière together for us. Both were so beautiful and everything was perfect. She really did an amazing job being that I told her last minute. The pandemic didn't stop us from making our day special. We Zoomed our ceremony and will be celebrating with the rest of our friends and family after this quarantine is over to finish our wedding reception. Prerna and everyone at ATS are amazing and super accommodating. I will not go to anyone else for our floral needs thank you all for making our day special 💕

First time I've ever ordered from this florist but it won't be the last! I'm not sure if this is standard from them but they emailed me a picture of the bouquet prior to it arriving. That's what I call excellent customer service! What I ordered and the picture they provided prior to delivery and my mom who also sent my pictures, the arrangement looks damn near the picture on their website. My mom was overjoyed and said it made all the other women in the office jealous!

I just had a wonderful experience here! I had never really been into a flower shop before, so I walked in asking for some help to make a small bouquet. The florist was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a few nice looking flowers. She was very friendly, and made the end product look really great! I will be coming here for any other flower needs I have in the future!

We received a phone call from our mom right after her Mother's Day flowers were delivered. She loved the arrangement, and was also very impressed with the kindly gentleman who made the delivery. This is the kind of home-town service I was hoping for when I chose to use a local florist to send flowers rather than an online floral clearinghouse. We're all happy, and I will use this florist again the next time we send flowers to our mom.

I want to publicly thank Above The Stem for the work they’ve done for my family for the past 7 years. I can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner, but they’ve always done beautiful designs for us- boutonnieres, sympathy arrangements, bouquets, etc. All of them were absolutely perfect for each occasion- even when they’re requested last minute! Not only have they sought out innovative & creative approaches, but their customer service is impeccable.We found Above The Stem when my mom went looking for a sympathy arrangement arrangement 7 years ago, & their ability to relate to her & help her find an appropriate piece really impressed her. We’ve been going to Above The Stem ever since!

Above the Stem Floral is above and beyond any and all expectations you'll have set for a florist. Their selection is fresh and vast. If you want to add chocolate or some body lotion to your arrangement, they've got you covered. Earthy, exotic, traditional or a bunch of balloons, these guys are gifted in all things floral. Their design and care is high end but well within your budget. Choose them first!

Being a local photographer I was looking for a local florist to work with. It just so happened that I stumbled upon this floral gem in Redlands. I went to the store shared my ideas of a photoshoot that I wanted to do and the florist was very very helpful. Her selection of flowers was very methodical. I told her that she may create the floral crown and boutique according to the dress color and the idea that her and I talked about. When I picked up the flowers the following day I was ELATED because it was exactly what I wanted. The flowers you see was the creation she did. I have been a frequent customer to Above the Stem for many years. Anywhere from getting something nice for a date to buying a unique bouquet to my now wife, Above the Stem delivers each and every time. Recently, I was able to speak with Prena(forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly) and she went over the top in putting together lovely tulips for my aunts birthday, with only a few minutes to prepare. My aunt absolutely loved them! Thank you Prena and thank you Above the Stem as always:)
