They took 30 min to get my order right ( I’m not exaggerating). It was a simple order: “ large pizza with black olives, ham and dice tomatoes.” The elder man who was taking our order, got it wrong 5 times. Plus, he did not know how to use the computer and was hitting it like it was the computers fault. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut !

I’m new to the area and I love my Pizza Hut. Usually, it’s exactly what you expect and I don’t expect much. I came into the store on my way home from work and placed an in person order. The lady at the table looked like she could care less but whatever, it’s Pizza Hut. Sat down and waited for my pizza to be made, after a while I asked to see where I was in the queue and they said the order didn’t go through because of the machine. Oh, so I waited for nothing? Horrible customer service, no remorse didn’t bother to make the situation right. I guess expecting common decency was too much.

I ORDERED A PIZZAS ONLINE , GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH SO i CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST 40$ SO i CALL AND SAY HEY YOU GUYS SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER WASN'T PROCESSED BUT YOU STILL TOOK 40 FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE GUY SAY LET ME TAKE YOUR ODER OVER THE PHONE, IM LIKE COOL THAN HE WANTS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME AGAIN. i SAID ALREADY PAID YOU HE SAYS WE DON'T SEE IT SO WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU. i GO DOWN TO PIZZA HUT AND SHOW HIM MY BANK APP THAT SHOWS THE MINUS 37.50 AND THE KID STARTS SCROLLING THRU MY PURCHASES !!!!! HE CALLS CORPORATE SO i CALL CORPORATE THEY SAY YEAH WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND, GREAT ILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PIZZA SHE ASK FOR MY ADDRESS THEY ARE GOING TO PROCESS ARE GOING TO REFUND IN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAY !!!!! SO THEY EXPECT TO TAKE ALMOST 40$ AND WANT ME TO LEAVE WITH NO MONEY REFUNDED AND NO PIZZA. THIS PIZZA GUT IS ON WARNER NEXT TO POST OFFICE EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE

This Pizza Hut location rocks! Who doesn't love exceptional customer service. The manager took our order, I had ordered garlic sticks but didn't know they were called bread sticks, when our order was complete there were no bread sticks so I had asked if he heard me ordered it? He simply said let me get those for you in about 10 min. No questions asked and he didn't charge us for the bread sticks. Awesomeness!

Located in a strip mall, a little poorly signed. Perhaps ordering online, then picking up seems the best bet.4 stars 'cause it's Pizza Hut.
