Sticky ypsi is a nice dispensary! Easy to access, usually there's no wait. The staff are super friendly and amazing people! The products they have to offer are alright, the prices are not the bad, though some stuff is definitely not worth the price, but you can definitely tell they are working on getting better products. I definitely recommend checking it out, one of the best ypsilanti dispensaries.

Omg! An awesome find. I was so happy to see them considering my arthritis was on bump! From front to back from beginning to end everyone was phenomenal! My bud tender was exceptional. The intake specialist at the front desk, awesome! Everyone in the back, just amazing. Flower, Bath bombs, edibles just fabulous. I will definitely be traveling to them for that good good!

Purchased concentrate for my birthday celebration. Half of it was melted to the paper. Only consolation was if I found a ride there and back again, only to receive a refund. Way to false advertise, showing product in a glass container only to give the garbage in a wax paper half melted. Horrible business practice followed by policy. Go somewhere else for professionalism, because you won't find it here. I'd give 0 stars if I could, happy birthday to me, and F*** YOU TOO!

My experiences at Sticky Ypsi has always been positive, helpful and informative. Everyone is friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile. When you do have to wait it’s never for long and I always feel like I’ve gotten good deals. They have a lot of variety which I love and it’s nearby and convenient. My favorite spot to go to. Rating from me is an A+!!

The people here are fantastic. They are well educated about their items. If you have a bad experience there it must be you because they are very friendly and helpful. They do everything legally possible to make your visit a good one. They take good care of their products so I know everything is fresh. The prices are decent and the quality is not questionable. If you are a new patient from across the state they will take your order and go over everything with you when you go to pick it up. Be sure you have all of your i.d. and cash and you will not be disappointed.

Recently bought Platinum Vape cartridge and was sold garbage. Returned to the store and was informed they do not exchange Platinum Vape any longer. Why continue to sell a product you dont stand behind? Just out $ while Sticky sells unlicensed product. Had just switched from patient to sticky. Now I see the difference, no customer service here.

UNDERWEIGHT/GIANT STEMS...This morning, November 27th 2018 I went to Sticky Ypsi in Ypsilanti. I purchased what I assumed would be an eighth of Golden Goat,.... when I went home and put it on my personal scale not only did I realize that it was a quarter gram underweight, but also contained a stem that weighed .4 I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is, but I will not be going back to this establishment unless things are made right. as a person that genuinely needs medication I can't believe the experience I had today.. 2 thumbs down

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BUD AND WAX BEFORE YOU LEAVE. sticky is selling less and less quality products including wax and flower but still charging top dollar, I asked for a nice looking bud and they pull a bait and switch, show the best possible nug and then try to give you stems and leafs, the guy told me they don't do anything for the $8 a gram. I worked at a dispensary and I can tell you that $8 a gram for anything is not cheap and I would expect the random stems to be put into a trash bag not in my container, just random stems with nothing attached to them. Worst bud tending experience I've had in a while. My advice is clean up the nugs you are selling and put the scraps in a $5 a gram house mix so people like me don't have to throw 30% of the stuff away

Came here to get some shatter, When I had got home and opened it, (which I should have checked earlier ill admit) it was complete liquid soup. Upon returning and nicely explaining this is not what I asked for, the lady insisted on arguing with me saying that "theres nothing wrong with the wax" mind you It was so runny it could drip like water. They kept trying to tell me its good shatter and didn't want to exchange. They eventually did but its not worth the hell they put you through. You don't call your customer a liar. This place sucks. This place is for you if you like dabbing liquid soup

The store has 4:20 to 5:20 specials and a raffle for free weed every month! Really nice staff, they helped me learn how to use a dab pen and they're very knowledgeable about what herb helps best with what ailments. They even have oils and treats for pets with pain. This place is well priced, clean, and the waiting room has plenty of magazines and coffee. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.They also have a great deal of Edibles with exceptional variety of candies and sodas. I have always been treated well, and left satisfied with my purchases.
