Nice place, friendly staff, large selection. Never been disappointed with anything I've gotten there, whether it's flower, edibles or whatever. Prices are fair (taxes are high but that's California's fault, not the dispensary's) and the delivery service is super-convenient, fast and reliable.Definitely a fan!

The employees carry themselves like they are professionals or long time smokers. But in reality they break under pressure.They have no idea whats up thet just keep mentioning how they are a legal store and then when you go pay you end up paying double in taxes and you stull get the same thing some dried up weed😣which is supposedly top shelf👍right.

First let me start with the products. Everything I have bought from here is high quality stuff. From the bud to edibles, each item is very good quality compared to other non legal places. The price i would say is not to much more for the peace of mind of having safe products. The parking is ok as you do have to go in the back. I would give this place a 5 but the only thing is sometimes the budtenders are really knowledgeable about the product and sometimes they are clueless. Other than that this place is great.

I don't remember the name of the tall dude with the cool haircut.......but he was steal cool and helpfully and the girl with that tattoos on her arm and the pretty nails........she was real nice too. I'll see definitely come back to buy more stuff. My wife's the one who smokes and I just supply her with the goodies. This place is nice and good prices and outstanding customer service.

We were sold an expired product after my wife was talked into getting a product on sale. Unfortunately we were visiting family from out of town and they were unwilling to do anything for us unless we came back in. I understand possibly legalities but you’re shady for even selling expired products and knowingly at that. Look elsewhere for you needs.

Just got home from Strain. Usually, there are only good things to say about them. Today was different. They were nice and helpful, as usual, but this time they sold me two vape cartridges that I discovered once I got home HAD BEEN OPENED. That little round sticky circle of clear plastic won't stick back down once it's been pried up, and for good reason. I did not realize that BOTH my cartridges had been tampered with because they don't let you touch the merchandise. The person who helps you selects the product out of a locked cabinet, who then hands it to the cashier who puts it in a bag and staples it shut. At no point are you able to touch, and therefore inspect, what you are buying. I just trusted them. It had to be obvious to both people who helped me that they had BEEN OPENED. I went home with my purchase to later discover the problem. There's nothing I can do about it because they can just say I opened them myself. Really disappointed with them right now.Edit: What do you mean you "tested" them?

I've been shopping at The Strain for about 2 years. I have visited other dispensaries in my travels across California but I always come back here. Their tenders are knowledgeable and always willing to help me when I have questions about the impact of strains and anecdotal data to illustrate those impacts. I've seen a lot of mentions about price being high but they have matched or even been a little less expensive than the other dispensaries I've visited. The Strain has maintained it's high level and variety of product even through all the changes of the state law and excise taxes put in place by CA. This is the first place I suggest to any of my friends who are interested in buying, learning about or consuming cannabis.

I went there on Saturday. A bud tender named Kayla helped me. Not only was she lovely and sweet, she was also very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions to which she answered. She even told me a pizza recipe which I have to try! This place has a huge selection and the quality of products is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Anytime you’re in the West Valley stop by. You will love it!

It was pretty Awesome My Hubby and I stopped by while in town had the Pleasure of meeting Nathan who really hooked us up he was knowledgeable very friendly and very help enjoyed the experience..prices are excellent and they give up discounts for the first timers ..I will be back Thanks NathanStef and Pat!

What does "LGBTQ Friendly" mean? I know what the initials stand for, but why is that group singled out and the only one mentioned. So many of us are left out! It just struck me as a very odd thing for you to only post that in your Overview. Are you friendly to African American women? Service on the whole is good, but the 3 taxes you charge made my $60 purchase $80. That's 33.33% tax! I've asked 4 sales reps & gotten 4 different answers. Thanks.
