Concentrates are good and the staff are really friendly. Their highest tier flower is nasty. It’s super harsh and lacks flavor. I have multiple strains next to me but I don’t even want to smoke them b... more

I’m hard of hearing from my years in the service, so I didn’t quite catch my man’s name, but I will definitely be coming back to this location. I have been here a few times before and never have been disappointed, but this experience was stellar and deserved a review! With so many dispos within driving distance sometimes I’ll be handing over my cash wondering what I could have gotten somewhere else just down the road. I came in hoping to max my concentrate limit. Once the bud tender knew my general reason for coming in he drilled me with questions. What consistency I preferred, Indy/sativa, price range, basically everything he needed to present me with the best options. I’m a rec user currently, however, I seek out more medicinal strains. Recently I’ve been interested in CBG. This bud tender was patient with me, showed me what he could given the current rules, and let me ask my questions. He even went as far as suggesting a shatter that had been the last one of the strain on the shelf. He said he was hoping it would be there at close so he could buy it, but then said he’d rather me have it. When I handed my cash over there was no doubt in my mind about the purchase. Will be recommending and revisiting Strawberry Fields Pueblo North!

Love the deals great staff but security refused to let my boyfriend and I purchase or shop together due to social distancing as if we didnt just drive together in the car all the way from the springs forget it ill never be back id rather pay high prices elsewhere where I can actually plan out my purchase with my boyfriend i could see wanting us 6ft from staff and other customers but we came together at our own discretion and needed to talk over and decide together on what to buy od rather drive to Denver thanks for wasting my time

I’ll be nice and round up to 3.*Update* The owner told me to reach out as you see below. A week later and they still havent responded. I'm changing my rating to 1 star and never going to your business again. Did you really think you can trick your customers this way? Absolutely deplorable business practice.

I Love My Clone’s 🇺🇸🌲🍀🌎✌️😎😏💚My Parent’s Brought me 4 Clone in 2 Day’s 💚 I brought 4 Vanilla Kush Clone’s at your store in Old Colorado City in 2016, There where great. 1 die but I put a seed where the clone was & it grew bigger then the Clone’s I brought. You guy’s were alway’s Friendly & I’ve been going too your store on 104 & I-25 Since it open & I brought a few Oz’s in the Past. I miss your store in Colorado Spring’s, Colorado. 🇺🇸🌲💚🍀🌎✌️😎😏 P.S. - Thank you Mom & Dad with all my heart & soul.

Currently just ordered from this location 2 packages of Edible gummies. I went with a couple of my friends and they ordered the same thing but at different times due to the COVID19 regulations so I went first and the guy working was super nice so our interaction went well up until the point where my friends and I compared what we bought and it turned out my other two friends received a promotional discount that wasn’t given to me EVEN THOUGH we bought the literal same product word by word. So I thought it would’ve been a good idea to see if I could get some sort of price adjustment because I thought the guy who took my order might have simply forgot. So I called the store and some lady answered and I told her the situation but she told me there was NOTHING she can do. I don’t understand how they had no solution for a loyal customer. You can run my phone number and see that I am, or was, a usual customer who spends money at that location only. What sucks is that I drive to Pueblo EVERY SINGLE TIME because before today I had nothing but respect for this location. After this situation I’m done with strawberry fields and am leaving a negative review and going to tell everyone I know. What made me mad is that the lady who answered my phone call said, “well even if you do come back we would have to charge your friends full price and we would charge you the same full price.” I have all three receipts showing 2 of my friends have the discount and mine that shows no discount and no money saved. Even worse my friend WHO I REFERRED TO THIS LOCATION, got the best value yet the person who is referring people to be customers here was not valued. Completely outrageous and never coming here again and everyone who reads this should be wary of going. I’m sure you can find a better place to buy your products and be valued customers unlike Strawberry fields.

This place is awesome, the budtenders are accommodating, nice and friendly.My budtender was very helpful in helping me get what I needed and they ALWAYS take GREAT CARE of their customers.They have AN AWESOME SELECTION and GREAT PRICES AND SPECIALS.

Decent selection and prices. Staff is hit or miss. Also had bad experiences using the online ordering tool during covid. Pre-ordered an ounce and was told a much lower price online came in and was told the total was 70$ more than priced online. I gave them another try recently when I was sent a message about specials. I did not want the special after looking online but again saw a great price for flower so I pre-ordered a second time. This time I arrived and was told a different price. At least this time the employee told me that the price online doesnt matter. I don't appreciate the bait and switch shady business practices. They should update the website or never put items up for prices they never intended on giving any one. Waste of gas. Go to Nuvue!!! Or Livwell

I went yesterday around 3 pm and the service was really bad the budtender was rude and didnt have any knowledge about the product he was selling i asked him a couple of question regarding the product and he was just staring at me he puts 3 jars of the flowers and didnt explain nothing about them i dont know if he was stoned or didnt understand me i ended up asking for my id and left, worst service ever never coming back.

Golden experience!! Lenexa was stellar! She was super informative, professional, kind, funny, and talked about what i needed what i wanted and helped get everything i needed! Thanks for the cbd rub help and cart suggestions! You are fantastic! The place was clean, had a wide variety, atm inside and you can use rub for cbd product. Also the reward program is incredible! Highly recommend (pun intented)

We started going here for the deals and fell in love with their devour and chaos edibles. They also have some dank top shelf but their weed prices are a bit higher than we pay at our usual spot. They often have great deals though, and we recently had a great experience which is why I'm writing this. My husband bit into some plastic from a gummy. We contacted devour and the owned up, apologized, and with SF, made it right! We got a replacement pack of gummies and an eighth to make up for the issue. We understand mistakes happen, but we really value the great service we received. We will continue going because of how it was handled, especially when SF wasn't even at fault. I believe they do partner with heartland cannabis products, but either way, I'm very happy with how it was handled by all parties. Thank you!!
