Went in with getting something for a concert. Alex helped set us up with a few different items, all of which would be perfect for our venue. He also explained the why. He used a lot of sciencey words, but explained it in a way that was overly understandable! Great people here, all very nice. and very reasonable prices, to boot!

Went in again, prices have always a bit on the high side with basically the same services if not slower service than most places but the employees are awesome, only reason I say slower service though is because the employees are interacting with customers which is a good thing. Thank you for better explaining this to me now, I have revised my review to reflect my better understanding of the service charge :) you guys are awesome and it's nice to see the owner offering such honesty, don't get that from pretty much any buisiness!

Substance is the best dispensary for med or rec. They have high quality products, knowledgable tenders, and unbeatable prices! I have been here twice now and the selection of product is really good even though prices might be a little higher than some. The employees are helpful but I felt a little hurried and rushed the last time I went in. I didn't feel very welcome to ask any more questions so I just paid and left.Great place to stop in and pick up what you need quickly as long as you know what you want.
