Put in online order...never have what u want....,always cancel...then u drive half hour and there's 25 people in line....happens every time I go there....people sitting in line in lot...people parked in the way waiting...nobody does a thing....dnd it's not even worth the dry weed...so I will never go to this place again ! I feel like it a total pain in the ass...not worth it at all.

Nice place, nice people that work there. I was in this morning 6/30/18 A retired cop that was on duties there walked by a few people a lady in line says to him nicely ..just getting here his reply" my hours don't revolve around you" with an attitude and walked inside ..You know what your a retired cop you don't like people or your job..go back home! You shouldn't be working there or anywhere with that attitude ..sooo ignorant he should be fired! I won't go there no more just because of that retired cop...Very Bad For Business.

Unsure why this place has such bad reviews, they must be old. Over the last year comparing all 3 dispensaries in RI, summit seems to be the less chaotic with possibly the biggest varieties (when items are in stock). Love that they almost always have one high CBD strain for dirt cheap listed under tier 3, hard to find elsewhere. Good work guys.

The people at Slater amd green leaf seem to be a bit more open and friendly. Secondly, the prices here are also higher. Nothing against this place, but your competition is much better and I don't think I'll be coming back to this one.

Today was the first time I walk into a compassion center. I decided on Summit because it is close to my house. My experience was very pleasant. The stuff were very helpful. They have a person there whom you can talk to and direct you in the right direction to what your needs are. I would recommend this place it's a 5 five for me. Thank you all again for your help.

Way over priced for what you are getting. Not to mention that you only have a 50/50 shot of getting the advertised promotion. I would drive farther to one of the other dispensaries. The only reason I go is for the vape pens. But you never know what you are going to get. God forbid a patient finds a medicine that works, you won't see it again for x number of weeks.

Not happy with Summit! So I have 10% with my insurance . Every time I go there they charged me what the product is advertised for, for example if something was $50 I paid $50. Basically gave it to me tax free (7%off) . Still missing 3% . So I stopped going here for a while. And also because i grabbed a half ounce off them once of there tier 3 and there was all trim on it still, manager at the time told me it was because it's there tier 3 flower they don't trim them good. (I just laughed) Today I went in to get a Jupiter 9 cartridge and I had 10% off from my Belly points (reward points they give you) I wanted to use. They charged me $59 for it. The cartridge is advertised for $60. Now it's suppose to be 20% from 60 at this point because of my health insurance too. So I go back in to tell them this time, and they make you feel like a bad guy. Had me wait back in line for a manager. The whole process took about 10-15mins, the only thing they did was give me the difference back. Then I explained to the manager that I always get charged the advertised price , and asked how come I never get the discount. She told me I have to check the receipt Every time now because there might be something wrong with there system.Why is it 11%?

Sold me the wrong cartiage for my pen...the one they sold me and refused to refund it or give me the correct one. I wouldn't waist my time here. Go to the one in Providence. They give great service!
