Wow I was shocked at how the employees behave here. The prices are a bit high, but the product is fairly good. However, during this pandemic, the last two times i came in, almost none of the employees were wearing a mask, including the one sorting through every customers mobile order. Several others were wearing the mask around their chin. I decided to leave eventually, because I didn't feel like the place was clean. I casually mentioned to the woman at the front desk that I was leaving because no one was wearing masks and that I thought it was "inappropriate". She rudely exclaimed that most of the employees have health conditions which cause them to be unable to wear a mask while they work, which is one of the most asinine things I've heard in a long time. I loudly exclaimed that some people have health conditions that cause them to DIE FROM COVID and left. I am really unimpressed.

Needs new management. Justin's the worst he just laughs at ya the girl trys to be nice. Then changes her tone all the time there online ordering is a joke they love to yell at people wish i could talk to owner left massages but he dont call but he dont care either all about takin money no compassion i just love to be yelled at by them for asking questions

i’ve had enough of summit. the only thing this place has going for them is customer service and location. i’ve gotten everything from 1 gram pre rolls that are not rolled properly and have less than a gram inside, thc cartridges that have old oil in them (black color and tasted terrible), half ounces of flower that were not dried properly, etc. they find a way to let me down everytime. It’s also outrageous to pay over $35 for an 1/8 of flower that hovers around 17%. i’m taking my money elsewhere.

If you look at summits Cov-19 section under members it says..... "Getting out in public is scary right now, especially if you’re a senior or have compromised health. At Summit, your health is of the utmost importance to us. We are here to support you and are taking measures to make our facilities a place where you feel safe. We have your best health at heart."..... all of this is a false statement. I order online which is consider express pick up but it's far from Express. I've used this option about 3 times and every time I sit and wait in line outside and then wait inside about 30-45 even an hour. If I order only is because I want to go in and out to grabe what I need and have less human contact as possible. If summit is unable to do the Express option the right way then dont have the option. I talked to an employee in the front after I was leaving and expressed my concern. His reply was 80% of people are are ordering online for the same reason i am. My thing is sooo if 80 percent of people are ordering online why do you have 1 person working the Express line and 3 the normal line?.... this is disappointing because clearly they dont care about our health they just want their money. It's ok we can all sit in a small room for 30 plus minutes and marinate in rona.

Arrived at 5:30, the closing time was supposed to be six they had a capacity on the building and a line. Once I was up next to be entered they told me that the building was at capacity and that I can no longer enter mind you this was at 5:40 20 minutes before closing. As I watched people leave the building I was still not allowed to enter even though they were still open. Multiple other patrons were there waiting for their medication, and a A very aggressive security guard told me to back off of the property. Extremely unprofessional and false advertising just so unprofessional

I was a dedicated customer here since I helped build there grow location a few blocks away. The past few months have been going down hill with uneducated staff and bigger problem was when I purchased the summit salad and it had a dead dry beetle inSide my product. The deal breaker was when a friend tested the flower and not one percent level matched the package, Do yourself a favor head to Providence slater is always honest and had respect for there customers. And mostly they stick to there word

Summitt is a fantastic spot to get everything you need. I’m always impressed with their concentrates and flower. Summitt I notice you deal with outside vendor “Fire Ganja” please ask them about getting some of the “Punch Cake” strain in stock! Also if you deal with “OPPHARMS “ ask them about their “Planet of the Grapes 🍇 “ and “punch farmer” All 3 are fantastically terppy and tastes just like the name sounds!! Very strong as well if you can get it it will it’s guaranteed to be a number 1 sellers! I’d buy all 3 whenever they are there.

First time coming here as a med patient from MA. And I was pleasantly surprised. They have so much more selection of edibles, really impressive flower options, and they have a nice selection of carts. I also am looking forward to trying the new wax, but saving that for night time. I even had a missing package mishap that was imediately resolved once i went back. Really great first impressions!!!

Great quality products and excellent customer service! However, your website is giving me a difficult time as it is non-user friendly overall. Basically, I am unable to see the full list of products; it just cuts off somewhere down the list. Please fix your website for mobile use because it was never like this before it was updated. I visited summit today. I have a lot of trouble walking The staff was awesome they were so kind did not make me stand in the line Seeing the difficulty I was having. So I bought this summit salve and just tried it it is amazing I have joint and ligament pain in my shoulder my narcotic pain Killers do not work like this salve does!!! In my opinion insurance should cover this it's better for you it's not addicting and it works!
