Terrible experience! Was charged twice after being told the items I selected was not in stock. To do this they send a text message with a link that should take you back into the app to adjust the order. Instead of takes you to the so to create a new order to be charged a third time.Customer service was not very informative and gave basic responses, again via text. Thinking it's a bot. There is no way in the app to cancel the order for begin adjusting. DON'T USE!

When we were speaking with her over the telephone she mentioned she was out of her Early Times. A few clicks on my phone and Mom had her cocktail for the afternoon. After a night full of drinks, I definitely needed a little hair of the dog but did not have the resolve to leave my house. Luckily a friend had sent me a referral to this magical alcohol delivery service, so I decided to give it a shot. My beer was at my door in 15 minutes and they even have limes, which was perfect because after the night I had, I felt a scurvy coming on. Thank you Saucey for saving the day.

If you are a customer please don't use Saucy the dispatcher are super rude they don't response and they don't answer the phones only they only get paid for doing nothing .And don't tip drivers because most tips go to the company . If you a driver stop working with this chitty 5$ company it is same like Postmates chitt and say no for scams .by the end of the day you find yourself making $50 for 9 hours work plus gas and car expenses so $5 per hour .SAY NO No No No No for Saucy

When Saucey started delivering in LA, their customer service was great. Now, it's piss poor. The delivery people are really good, but it's a shame that there seems to be no consistency or professionalism from the top.

As an athlete we don’t always have Time to get groceries or drinks I recently tried Saucey twice and both times was awful experience first time they forgot the order and second time the driver looked intoxicated and hit a parked car I even reported it and the company said they don’t check there drivers blood alcohol level when on the job! Imagine those young drivers drinking and smoking while delivery your order all mixed up and hitting parked cars. Only matter of time before people stop using it way better options available I tried DRIZLY and grubhub today and those worked like a charm!

The concept is great but the dispatch is ineffective. The tech department has severe defects. They over schedule couriers on the When I Work app and cancel your shifts at the last minute and try to short change compensation for THEIR error however as a driver if you need to cancel a shift and give them hours and days notice and courtesy you are chastised like a child and put on suspension. Flex drive is $5 per order. .50 plus per item on the delivery fee but good luck getting orders if you are not on a core blocked shift.

Beautiful app. I like the premium feel to it. I order at least once a week and it never fails. Great for gifting and they just released shipping! Now I can send bottles to family and friends across the country. I also love the little tags they put on the orders. My last one said "Roses are red. So is wine. Poems are hard. Wine." HAHAHAThere was one instance where they got my order wrong, but the customer support team was on top of it and rectified the situation immediately. Don't see that very often. You've got a customer for life!
